In his first year, Scot has definitely improved the talent. But you say the team stinks, so does the rest of the NFC East. I never would have thought, even as bad as the division is that the Skins would be in the thick of the playoff race in mid-December. I thought 7-8 wins, slow and steady improvement with a bigger jump next season. They still need a ton, i.e. safeties, corners, linebacker, a center, and a tall receiver but I have more confidence in this team than I did a year or two ago.
