Put that in the books

Huge game by Haywood.

Really guys. How good is he becoming?

He is going to be a key to us going anywhere.

Kicked Detroit's butt start to finish.

Definitely. Great, dominant win over a good team. We shut down Chauncey and did a magnificent job on defense most importantly despite Detroit hitting tough shots all game. Caron is not all the way back but him being on the court alone is huge for this team's success.

Classy.

Good game guys. The Wiz definitely have the Pistons figured out; they always play the Pistons tough.

Brendan just needs to find out where his defensive rebounding went. Other than that, great game.

Frankly, I just don't care who we play in the playoffs. We're good enough to beat any team in the East if we're playing well. But we're bad enough to lose to anybody if we're not.

His rebounding numbers have definitely dropped in the 2nd half of the season. However, the team still rebounds well when he is on the floor (both offensively and defensively). He improves the team's rebounding percentage by 2.2% when he is on. He definitely occupies the opposition, making rebounding easier for his teammates.

The Wiz may not get the respect from the media but do you think any of the players on the Eastern Conference teams are looking forward to playing us in the playoffs?

I mean we

I do care, nate.

Boston gets calls and they've had too good a year to go out in round one.

I can't see the Detroit team going out in round one.

And we know the King gets calls.

Otherwise, this Wizards team might be the best team come playoff time. Period.

That game stats are sweet.

FG % 52%
Ast 21 - 6 by CB, 9 by AD - It my not totally show in his #'s by AD was huge.

AJ was awesome but for me, we don't win without that game by Haywood.

Those back door passed were awesome. If he can pass like that it will open everything up.

Also, another honorable mention to AB on that series where he got the block by going way up on weak side help then got up injured to challenge the shot on the perimeter. Then got the 15 footer on the other side. Then got the Tech on Sheed.

Best balls out series from the kid in his career.

Andray competed mentally. He didn't stop thinking about the big picture, which was to get the win.

Only thing worrying me about Haywood the last month is the drop of
in his free throw %.

So you want to play Orlando?

That's tough. Right now, we're the fifth seed with our sights on the fourth seed. If we try to fall back to the sixth seed and face Orlando, we might end up with the 7th seed and face Detroit.

I think the best thing to do is go for the 4th seed and home court advantage.

I want the fourth seed and to sweep the Cavs.

Good point. He has only made 15 of his last 29 free throws.

4th seed on an end of the season run should help some with the
respect from the refs.

Home court baby. Cleveland has to be looking over their shoulders.

Him and Jamison both need to pick it up in that respect. They've both been slumping lately.

great overall win tonight. Jamison was amazing, Caron payed well, Mason finally hit a couple of shots in the 2nd half, and Daniels really kept the team running smoothly.

only one real problem I saw was that when Mason was jacking up bricks, it took EJ way too long to sub someone in for him.
