Nate, you are forgetting one important factor.
Josh Howard steered clear of our quacks and got his knee fixed by one of the top specialists in the country. He will get back to near full strength probably by mid year.
Blatche was overseen by the Wiz medical staff and got his surgery at mediocre Sibley hospital. The same place Gil got his mediocre surgeries. The problem is, when you are an elite athlete you require a 5-6 sigma surgeon, the top in their field, not an average doctor. That's why D-Wade is full strength again, and Gil can't jump over a puddle.
I just pray that Andre's injury wasn't that bad and he's a quick healer and he's rehabbing intelligently, but prayer is really all we've got.

McGee could be anywhere from 8-15 ppg, depending on his overall effectiveness versus his alternative (Seraphim, Armstrong).
Rose's TO rate went down when he got to the pros, and was under 3 per game. So was Deron Williams. I guess it depends on how Wall's game translates to the NBA, but I'm not assuming a 2/1 ATR or more than 3 TOs a game.
monte that's pretty much how I see it. McGee might not play that much due to Seraphin and Armstrong defending better. Flip doesn't really like McGee that much to begin with IMO based on how little Javale played this past season.
I think McGee's a good candidate to be demanding a trade by mid season. He'll average around 9 points 5 rebounds for the Wizards, but will be a much better player elsewhere is my guess.
I wouldn't be too surprised to see Armstrong getting far more minutes than anyone here believes he should based on giving a monster effort at all times. Armstrong knows this is his last chance to get any real rotation minutes, and my guess is McGee will still be his immature self.
I definitely agree that we should give McGee time to develop, assuming we don't get a great offer. But I wouldn't be too surprised if that takes another 3-4 years for McGee to reach solid starter potential (if ever).

McGee: 12 PPG, 7.5 RPG, 2.2 BPG, 26 MPG
Wall: 14 PPG, 3.5 RPG, 7.5 APG, 2 SPG, 40% FG, 34 MPG
McGee will put up numbers if he gets minutes. Numbers have never been his problem though.
Wall's numbers, at least as far as predictions go, are pretty easy I think. Mid-teens scoring, half as many assists as points, half as many rebounds as assists, half as many steals as rebounds.

I like the idea of McGee taking such an insane jump in scoring; even if his defense fails to progress, it will make him that much more attractive in trades. Given the alternatives at center, he might get enough minutes to make a big leap, but yes, 15 ppg would be pretty astonishing.
Why do you want to trade such a physically talented freak who is only 22 still.
I want us to keep this kid around because in about 2-3 years, he is going to be pretty awesome.
Good thing we didn't trade Haywood or Dray like other wanted before they had a chance to develop.
Sucks we ended up loosing Haywood and we didn't use him better when he was here but we did at least get something out of him and cheaply at that.
The kid is still growing at 7-1 and only played two years and just added 7 lbs of muscle. Even team USA is intrigued. Problem is, he isn't ready yet. I wouldn't even be considering moving him yet.
No way.

Another interesting thread to review.
It is getting around that time of the year to start reviewing the predictions.

Well, in fairness, we took Mike Pence off their hands. Taking back Mahinmi is the least they can do.
