Offense looks putrid because there is no spacing on the floor. Come on Flip, get Gil in the game and keep Hinrich for the 2nd unit.

I am guessing that losing the primary bench scorer is part of the reason why Gil isn't starting.

Right, because when you lose your primary bench player what do team's do? Bench your best player.

This team has no interest in winning games. Nobody even shows up to the home ones, the fan base is a joke and the team is as well.

Missed layups annoys me to no end with this team. Doesn't anybody know what the square on the backboard is for?!?

I said it was a guess.

Ben Gordon andManu Ginobili played off the bench for years and it wasn't because they had better players in front of them.

And the Wizards best player is coming off a 1-10 outing. it isn't like Wall/Gil have been great together. After a blowout loss Flip might be just trying to change things up for the sake of change.

Neither Ben Gordon nor Manu Ginobili have ever been the best players on their own team, so this point is irrelevant.

Wall/Gil have not played together, I'm sick of hearing this garbage about they haven't been great together. They have played LESS than 10 minutes on the floor together this season WITHOUT Hinrich in there as well creating a ridiculous 3 guard lineup.

Also, Gil is a better player than your boy in your avatar, when was the last time he came off the bench?

Blatche has been playing his best defense of the season. He is hustling, trying to front Aldrich, and he leads all players with 4 defensive boards. It's like I'm watching a completely different player.

Both Gordon and Manu were by far the best shooting guards on their teams. Gordon led his team in scoring off the bench.

And JJ has made 4 straight All-Star games. I am sure Gil enjoyed watching the games from his couch the last 3 years.

Did you misread me? I said neither Ben Gordon nor Manu Ginobili have EVER been the BEST PLAYER on their team (as Gilbert has been since he got here, and STILL is), therefore this point is completely irrelevant.

Gilbert's stats prior to injury put Joe Johnson's to shame. When was the last time Joe averaged 29ppg? Thought so. So like I said, when was the last time he came off the bench cause Gilbert is clearly at minimum as good, and at best a MUCH better player than Joe Johnson.

I had a response prepared for you but I'd probably be banned. :)

So if the Wizards had Tim Duncan then you wouldn't mind Arenas coming off the bench. Uh...ok

Yeah that whopping 4 point difference over JJ's best year puts JJ to shame. he certainly has JJ dominated in the turnover department. And defense....

Me love me some 3 guards on the floor.

Flip, you sir are a mucking foron. The game isn't even out of reach, but I don't want to watch. It's boring the hell out of me.
