Let's face it, the team has to learn to win without Nene. It's going to happen often enough that just mailing in a loss isn't acceptable.

Right. Beal will suck this year.

You're not paying attention. The point is not that Beal will be bad. The point is that you can make few, if any, reliable predictions about the season based on preseason. That's not just true of the NBA either.
