I love that Gortat has moves but sometimes you need to use straight power. I hate it when he has huge mismatches in size and is just trying to finesse his opponent. It completely takes away the mismatch

Wow these refs are fairly bad. Blatantly giving this old piece of **** nets team the game.

Somebody tell me how the refs can manage to screw up routine calls against us all the time?

Silver probably wants a CHI-BRK series. Gave the phone call pre game to give the nets a handicap.

how do you miss the obvious goal tending? Again, I wouldnt mind seeing a lineup change this half but oh well. Infact, I may go small this game and start Webster. Go Wall-Beal-Webster-Ariza

I don't see what Webster gives us that we couldn't get from Rice.

At least the kid can defend, not like Webster has been hitting any shots lately.

Dear Ted,

Part of your job as owner is to criticize the refs, or give your coach enough money to pay a fine to do it, when your star player is consistently not respected by the refs. This league is a star call league. Without them, we are going nowhere.

Thanks in advance

Preaching to the choir. That EG logic. Resign Webster instead of saving money, Draft porter and rice so you can "have a position of strength". And then don't deal Ariza or Webster at the trade deadline because you're too much of a pussy to risk losing a couple of games for the betterment of the team.

Maybe they'll trade one of those guys in the offseason. I don't think Rice is ready for prime time, just Porter/Temple minutes. There's more to the NBA just getting out on the floor and dunking or getting a few steals. I do like his potential though. Webster was nearly as good last year as Ariza is this year. They overpaid for a good player and good guy.

That first half was not a surprise. This team is coming off a hard-fought (shouldn't have been) OT game against Orlando on the road, while the Nets are the fresher team. Gortat has to get his head out of his ass and dominate Plumlee. I would play Seraphin instead of Gooden against Blatche. Gooden plays more like a 4. He's not a 5 despite his size. Tonight, they are going small so get him out.

There's is no excuse for Gortat to be struggling as much as he is. He's getting the business from Plumlee right now. Such a joke.

I knew we'd get back in the game, Brooklyn wasn't playing that much better than us

Oh look, it's another perfectly fine Backup PG we cut that is destroying us. #Wizardslife.

I think Webster is just hurting ... but instead of sitting him until healthy - we just keep playing him... agreed that Rice should be getting those minutes. I really want Webster completely healthy for the playoffs.

Well, in fairness, we took Mike Pence off their hands. Taking back Mahinmi is the least they can do.

It's nice to see Wall heating up during something that isn't the first quarter.

Return to Washington Wizards
