So, Wall/Beal vs Dragic/Bledsoe - possibly two very good backcourts for the long haul?

It still shocks me, to this day, to see entire quarters, halves, even games go by where John Wall doesn't drive to the basket once.

Yet, here's Dragic constantly in attack mode (and reaping the benefits).

Dragic has a bit of crafty Nash in him...

Yep - although Wall has had some pretty crafty passes - and hasn't turned the ball over that I have seen.

Seraphin two not so great plays... doesn't get on the floor for the loose ball and then can't convert in the paint.

Any player who happened to play within 120 miles of DC, Buckhantz never fails to point out the useless background.

Stops while cutting ... making the pass from MIller look short

It certainly has something to do with coaching and system but Wall isn't absolved from all blame.

And this is why Kevin Seraphin doesn't get minutes. Because he'll have games where he looks like an actual basketball player, and then he'll have games like this. You need somewhat consistency from rotation players.

It's time to cut our losses with Seraphin.

true but I just think its easier for other guards to turn the corner in their system compared to ours and Dragic gets to play with Frye while Wall is playing with Nene & Booker. Completely different spacing. Still I agree, he has to drive more. With that being said, it just looks hard or forced every time. Its like he has to trick the defense. Its the only way for him to get to the rim and even then its contested alot. However, I also think he passes way too much when close to the rim

I think it is mostly Wall... he just isn't comfortable in there. Lots of times he will go east west vs north south-- which is what miller does... and Miller plays bullyball which would be great for Wall to pickup.

If it was mostly the system, then Miller wouldn't be able to get inside as often as he does. And he is a slow old guy...

Having said that, John was pushing the ball well and getting people in position to score while he was in there.
