You're right. They've won five straight so let's cater our offense to a 20-year old rookie who just picked up three fouls in four minutes. I get it. You're a Deni fan boy. You're not really a Wiz fan. You're a Deni fan. Nothing wrong with that. Most think he's going to be very good in the future. And yes, Westbrook can be selfish and drives a lot of people crazy with the ISO B.S.

But try doing something different by getting involved in the game. Rebound. Go to the glass. Move your feet. Get a steal. This is a great team they are playing. It ain't easy. Life ain't easy for a rookie in the NBA. Nobody cares what he did overseas. It's all about now.

This Rui at center thing might work against some matchups, but how about spread them out. Perimeter. You aren't posting up a 7-footer.

I think you have to go a lot deeper into the bench than this. They just look tired.

I'm looking forward to when Rui figures out how to go into a shot blocker instead of trying to avoid him. It'll happen eventually.

Ok, sounds like Shumpert and Roberson will sign 10-day deal with the Nets. Didn't make sense that they were just going to cut two decent defenders.

I'm not counting them out yet, though.

That's one great thing about Westbrook. He has no quit in him, and it's infectious.

Looking at the stats, the D is super soft.. 7 PF in total.. 3 of which are Deni's in 3 minutes. That means the entire time up to now only 4 PF made so no wonders the pace is around 35-40 points per Q... [Lac has 11 PF across 7 players]

Did you also expect a pound dribble, go into the body of Zubac, and off the glass layup there?

Instead of a no contact left handed floater?

They can score enough still, but so far, they have NO answer for Kawhi and PG. this is a game in which you have to use Bonga.

Westbrook is -20. Is that because he's sucking or is it the team in general?

You're right. i'm a Deni fan and Deni came to play in a basketball team..it's not Basketball and it's not a team if only one player takes the ball all the way without passing it to all players near him . if Deni was doing this , he wouldn't see the court for 3 games.. he made 3 fouls in 4 min because he's one of the only players who is trying too D in this team.

Agree to Disagree .

You would think that the Clippers would be a great defensive team and merely a so-so offensive team. But the reality is that they have the 2nd best offense in the league behind only Brooklyn. It's their D that's suspect (ranked 16th).

Oof. We actually have Beal and Westbrook matched up with PG&Kawhi. That is just awful coaching.

This looks like the best team in the NBA to me.

I would say both, though it's hard to tell when nobody is really touching the ball much when Beal is out.

Ugh, I think I'll stay one more quarter. Maybe a little D on PG13. Beal is 6-3, George is 6-8. Let me do the math. How about putting Bonga or Deni on him to start the second half. Sit Matthews. Just need a longer lineup against these guys.
