So much credit to go around.. And again.. Props to TOR for bringing it. They really cranked up the D. D Rus was insane the first quarter. And the team never gave up.

But everyone player from the Wizards that stepped up, I could easily see them doing it.

Gooden to start.
Gorat..
Wall
Truth
Beal..

The secret weapon though was Otto... That 3 was HUGE...

So happy for Otto. What a nice young man.

Wizards fans... We have a OttoMagic Freakn Porter..... You couldn't expect much more from the young man so new to NBA basketball and the playoff. We don't win this unless he stepped up like he did

Next.. how do we get Patrick Patterson ? He would fit so perfectly here.

Oh...29 three ball attempts...

Otto was kind of a stealth player of the game. He guards, he boards, he hit clutch shots.

KS didn't get a minute because Gortat wasn't in early foul trouble. Simple as that.

Gortat hasn't been in foul trouble all series, what are you talking about?

Game 1: Gortat has 2 fouls by the 6:48 mark in the first prompting Witt to get Gooden in. KS would later sub Nene at center
Game 2: Gortat picks up 2 fouls in the middle of the third prompting Witt to take him out and put KS in
Game 3: At no point does Gortat have more than 3 fouls so he and Nene are able to play 100% of the center minutes.

That's no small point.

I really liked the help defense by Porter, Gortat, and even Gooden.

Gortat played a terrific game. Porter in the fourth was outstanding.

If the bigs can keep this up Washington is going to give Atlanta a good challenge

Agreed with Marcin and Porter, but I thought Gooden hurt us a bit defensively. Still his 3's were huge. Porter was everywhere defensively though. Almost Kawhi-lite. The Wall-Beal-Otto-Pierce-Gortat lineup is a winner.

For a guy who is 33 and has been around the block. Gooden doesn't have a lot of poise. That baseball pass to Beal or Wall (I forget which) that was picked off was inexcusable. He hustles his ass off and fans love him for that. Then he'll block a shot he's not expected to. But that's probably because he's making up for a mistake he made on defense. I'd still rather go with Hump but I get Gooden offers energy and more spacing.

Not only more spacing. He went 3-6 on threes. He legitimately is a stretch four.

In 18:28 Gooden had 13 points, 7 rebounds, and three blocked shots.

Can't forget about Gooden and Beal in the first half amidst all the Otto/Truth love. Really helped counter what DeRozan was doing early. Just an all around good win.

Great game to watch. This series looking much different than my expected six or seven game series.

Well it's a wrap. You guys helped contribute to getting rid of our coach. And as angry as I am at my team, I am at least thankful of that. Seems that Wittman will get an extension, so Idk how you guys would feel about that.

He has two more years left on his contract
Probably not an extension but hes definitely not going to be fired after this season
