I don't trust Adam Peters in a trade down to use the picks wisely. So get one of the top guys in the first round and deal with the small number of picks.

I feel like the Dolphins were trying to lose the game in the end by going for a TD instead of a field goal.

This felt like the 2019 game vs Miami where they were tanking for tua and went for two at the very end with some total horse bleep play that had a snowballs chance. Basically gifted the game to Washington. That “win” pushed back Washington to #2 and ensured they’d miss out on Burrow.

I guess no worries because a few years later they were able to pick their injury prone unreliable QB later.

A few observations from the Sunday night game:
1)Having Quinn calling the defense makes a difference, BUT
2)They still have no pass rush
3)Mariotta might know the offense better than JD BUT
4)JD is faster and has a much better arm
5)Burke's had an impressive catch BUT
6)He was almost never where he was supposed to be or at least not where Mariotta thought he would be
7)Terry makes a big difference (no we didn't win but they've barely been comnpetitive w/o Terry)

Granted I haven't followed this story as much as others but, but on the surface I'd be inclined to pass on a seeming malcontent who may end up being worse when he has the leverage of being besties with the franchise QB.
