Look, Ernie has to have the consent with Abe. If Abe says I need money, what do you want EG to do?

Keep lying Ernie. When are we going to get a decent writer in this town to call him and Abe out?

Wizards have stupid written all over them tonight. I'm sorry.

Is it just me, or are they starting more and more to look like the Redskins?

Just the opposite actually. The Danny does nothing but spend unwisely. Abe does nothing but horde his nuts.

What is just the same is the results. Damn, I wish I wasn't such a hopeless homer.

Maybe Ernie will invite everyone to Verizon and use the 2.5 mill to make it rain.

$2.5 million is about what it costs me for a couple of lower level seats, a watered down beer and a pretzel at the Verizon Center. Abe, get out of the biz, Bubala!

this is complete bs and now confirms that this is a cheap organization that is content with 44-38. We pass up Blair but we still have Mike James??

Yup, if Danny boy were running this team we would have announced a Mcgee + Nick Young for Allen Iverson S/T today.

I'm still seriously bummed. But for what it's worth, $2.5M is a surprisingly large amount of money for a 2nd rounder. I can't complain too much - they'll be paying a hefty tax bill for a team that won 19 games last year. And if they use that $2.5M to sign a veteran contributor (like McDyess?), it would certainly make it a lot easier to take.

Nonetheless, I expect to see constant Blair updates for the next few years.

I'll preface this by saying I don't want Abe to pass away. But I can't wait until Ted Leonsis takes over this organization. He's the only owner in this city that knows what he's doing.
