Yeah, not to mention teams like the Celtics who have like 4 guys who I would take over Kuzma who aren't even 3rd options like Holiday, White, Horford or the Knicks with OG, Bridges, Hart.

Rui Hachimura did Washington and the tank a solid.

He missed two FTs that would have tied the game with less than one minute.

Charlotte beat the Lakers.

LAL was a 13.5-point favorite.

Wiz played the long game in doing Rui a solid.

Rui never became Carmelo or Kawhi or Tatum or any of other outlandish comps thrown around but he's been fine. Not Tommy's worst work by a long shot. Looking at you, Johnny Shanghai Shark Davis.
Can't say I do. Who else gonna shoot?

Rui has a roleplayers mentality and it's probably the same with Deni tbh. If you told me Rui would have 50/40 slashes and averaged over 30 minutes a night I'd expect him to be at minimum around 17 ppg, but he's averaging 13.

Deni and Rui faced off yesterday. Rui had 6 and 12(LeBron/Reeves combined for 72) and Deni had 28.

but Deni's role is a point forward and Rui's role is a 3&D. Harder to find a guy who can play Deni's role, and Deni plays his role better. not to mention Deni plays better D than Rui as a 3&D guy (and a lot of other 3&D's)

Jordan Goodwin has looked really good with the Lakers coming off the bench after signing a couple 10 day contracts. They went to a lineup with Goodwin, Vincent, Dorian Finney Smith, Vanderbilt, and Luka that did a good job forcing turnovers (Nuggets had 20 for the game). Small sample size but through five games he is shooting 57.7% from the field and 40% from deep. Averaging 7 ppg, 1 assist, and 4.4 rebounds per game in 19 minutes.

No surprise. He's a good player and I was pretty pissed he got thrown into the Beal trade.

it sounds like Arenas went snooping around the Verizon Center looking for MJ's old stuff? Kept it? Then waited 20 years until his kid was old enough and good enough to go to Jordan Camp to get it signed? di-a-bolical.

Interesting video. Lakers basically excised all of the meandering Rui postups for catch-and-shoots and cuts along the baseline. He's also developed a bit as a passer.

Rui developed into a slightly below average journeyman combo forward. A lot better than one would have expected given his sloooow start in the NBA, but nothing special. Not even a consistently average performer in the league.

Before the Dallas Mavericks traded Luka Doncic in a blockbuster deal to acquire Anthony Davis, Max Christie, and a 2029 first-round draft pick, the team also expressed interest in Jimmy Butler and Kyle Kuzma, league sources told HoopsHype.
