Age. Production curve. STRETCH four market is not a long two making market.

Koufos off the market. Not many options left for the Clips. Javale may really get another NBA job...

Sources say Koufos' deal with the Kings will include a player option after Year 3 that allows him to return to free agency in summer of 2018

Wow, Kings draft a C and now sign one that can start while WCS develops. I guess it's a matter of when, not if, on a DMC trade.

If I had to guess it would be Indiana as the destination. With West walking and unloading Hibbert they need help in the post. Would the Hibbert TPE be enough to acquire Cousins?

You're not getting DeMarcus Cousins for a deal built primarily around a TPE. You also don't trade for film simply because you need some help in the post. You surrender major assets to trade for a young star or Sacramento doesn't even field your call.

I was never convinced he would stay in SAC. I was always counting down the clock for him to leave but it was unlikely until after his 2nd contract. Dysfunctional franchise with a player like Cousins was not a good combination. Cousins went #5, not #1 like Wall for a reason.

Glad we drafted Wall instead. And glad they put the right players around him to get him to the playoffs so he could continue to develop more properly.

Cousins needs to get out of SAC and land on the team where he can get into the playoffs as the 2nd/3rd option, not the #1 option on a losing team.

That would actually be a decent place for him to land. Cousins needs to go to a team where he isn't the highest profile best player. And a place like IND with Paul George would probably be a good fit. Plus IND is a more low key areas with strong fan support. And Larry Legend in charge.

Free-agent center JaVale McGee is a serious consideration for the Los Angeles Clippers, and plans to have a telephone conversation with president and coach Doc Rivers on Saturday, league sources told Yahoo Sports. The Clippers, who lost center DeAndre Jordan to the Dallas Mavericks in free agency, are taking a strong look at McGee, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

Clippers are running out of options...as are we.

I would guess Philly would be the Kings preferred destination for him. They have the assets that the Kings would want.

Eh, Philly will get decent production from Okafor for a fraction of the price. And they want to lose anyway.

But what about Boston? Ainge has been promising a big move, and they have the most assets to give up. Wallace+Bradley+Sully+picks?

Wall needs to average atleast 20
Beal needs to be in playoff mode all season
And porter has to become a borderline allstar

Because the east has toughened up

Wizards
Cavs
Bulls
Pacers
Hawks
Heat
Toronto
Bucks

The Knicks can easily become a competitor if they get d.lee
The nets are old but if healthy can make the playoffs again
The celtics made it last year and didn't really lose anyone
The Pistons can be scary now that Drummond has a stretch 4 next to him
The magic has gotten better,
Even philly can make noise if embiid is healthy and lives up to half of his expectations

We have to get a big that can make an offensive impact because things has jus gotten pretty tough in the east
Pay your beals....or its lights out!!!
Bron, Bosh, Wade is like Mike, Hakeem, barkley...3 top 5 picks from same draft
mike, hakeem and Barkley on the same team!!!!

With the Lakers getting Williams, they have a somewhat respectable team coming together. Hibbert will slow them down though.

PG - Clarkson
SG - Williams
SF - Kobe
PF - ?
C - Hibbert

I think it'll look more like this:

PG - Clarkson/Williams
SG - Russell/Williams
SF - Kobe/N.Young
PF - Randall/Kelly
C - Hibbert

If they play the 2 rookies heavy minutes, I don't see them having all that much success, but at least they're developing a nice core.

Unless the view Boogie as more of a 4 and are not planning to play him at center at all. Man the kings are a mess......... they can barley give their money away. They are going to sign an entire team of attitude problems. lol . Look for glen rice or Jordan Crawfod to pop up on their team soon!
