He's shooting 40% from 3 and is a good rebounder/finisher around the rim.

Says he wants to be a 2/3

Kid is a beast with soft shot on offense.

Looks like he has some work to do staying focused and giving defensive effort though.

Seth Curry just went down folded over on his left knee.

CJ Leslie's stock is going to go up after this game. He really brought it.

Richard Howell is a beast. 15 rebounds.

Mason Plumlee looks good. Definite NBA body. Got some post moves. Just a little something missing though.

UCLA beat Colorado yesterday. Muhammed didn't put up big numbers and neither did Roberson. Both will be selected in this draft and they each get a lot of publicity.

Also playing were Kyle Anderson of UCLA and Spencer Didwiddie of Colorado. Both those guys are intriguing 2014 prospects and they each put up big numbers last night.
Bye bye Beal.

What about a package of Ariza, Crawford, Singleton, Vesely for Gay?

Gives Wizards a win now lineup of Okafor, Nene, Gay, Beal, Wall ... bench of Seraphin, Booker, Webster, Price.

Keep draft pick in this draft.

Apparently scouts have advised the Bobcats to trade their 1st this year because it is a "weak draft".

How many times have we heard a draft is "weak" only for franchise changing talents to emerge?

If i remember correctly, the 2005 draft was considered "weak".

Well, in fairness, we took Mike Pence off their hands. Taking back Mahinmi is the least they can do.

Am I the only one who isn't completely sold on McLemore? He would be a sophomore if he wasn't ineligible his true freshman year, and his year would be pretty comparable to a guy like Terrence Ross his soph year. I feel like he would be a better shooting version of Terrence Ross, which would be nice I guess, but I don't think he would be THAT much better than Beal. At least not enough to make me want to trade Beal for McLemore.

I haven't seen him in action yet, but his numbers don't stand out to me as more than good. If he's the BPA, take him, but I don't presently think he'll be much of an upgrade (if he's one at all).

If he was 6'6 we could play him at SF I suppose. I doubt he grows anymore so that's probably not going to happen.

Maybe this draft will be deeper than was projected. He looked pretty good last night, but Beal seems to be on an upward trend. Seems way too early to tell.

Chris Paul
Deron Williams
Danny Granger
Andrew Bogut
Andrew Bynum
David Lee
Ersan Ilyasova
Jarret Jack
Nate Robinson
Ray Felton

I sort of ranked them in order of how good i think they are. It wasnt the deepest of drafts, but as you can see there were some good players. No one expected CP3 and Deron to be franchise talents at the time.

We aren't getting Wiggins. We can just put that to bed. If the Kings end up being sold and moved to Seattle which seems likely, Stern will gift them the #1 that year to make up for letting his buddy steal their original team and having to buy back their history. Book it. I'd bet by dog on it.

I didn't expect Deron to be a franchise talent but if you saw Paul at Wake Forest his potential to become a franchise talent at PG was pretty obvious. I'm sure Atl is still kicking themselves for taking Marvin Williams over Paul.

BTW, I'd rank Felton ahead of Robinson and Jack...and maybe Ilyasova.

Stern won't be the commissioner by the time next year's lottery rolls around

Bobcats follower here.

I am just checking on how you guys like Bradley Beal thus far and where you see his career heading. I was a pretty big fan of his going into the draft, but it was hard to draft him with the logjam at SG we have heading into this year. Also, I am extremely happy with us landing MKG who I think is going to be a great player once his jumper improves some.

We currently have one of the worst records right now in competition with you guys for that top pick, but there has been some recent news we could be interested in trading the pick. Obviously there are a ton of targets for us to look into.

What would it take to land Beal from you guys?

We have our pick, rights to Portland and Detroit picks pending protection. Would try to avoid trading MKG and Kemba, but pretty much everybody else would be available for right price. We also, have expiring contracts to possibly get you out of a bad contract.

I didnt know how you guys feel about possibly landing two of these guys: Shabazz, Mclemore, Zeller, Noel, Len, or Bennett.

I see no reason to trade Beal to the Bobcats. Cause lets be honest if u guys land the number 1 pick, you'll take shabazz, not Beal. Beal isn't going anywhere so other teams shouldn't really consider it, no offense intended.
