Anything under three would be a real travesty, and it would surprise me if Perkins didn't get a suspension for game one the next series when you consider how the league reacted to Nene's blowup last year.

Insane that Perk wasn't tossed. Pierce got suspended for putting a finger on Noah's forehead. Perk tackled Crowder and then did the finger to the face. He's got to sit at least a game (not that it matters).

Watching the Brooklyn Hawks game, I can see why Wall has been struggling against them this season.

They make it extremely tough on ball handlers, crowding the middle and playing the passing lanes.

In order for Washington to be effective on that end the Wizards need to get in their sets quickly, and move the ball patiently to find openings.

On defense they need to figure out whom to give shots to and from where. Corver needs to be a focus, and if Millsap and Horford drift outside they might just have to let them go to protect the middle against penetration from Teague and Carroll.

The Hawks team speed is going to be tough to handle. Horford might be the fastest center in the league end to end and Milsap is very mobile as well.

edit:
rooting 4 nets today, next game - hawks

I'm telling you, Hawks are a joke. Wizards should be able to beat them in 6 games max.

Well, so much for the invincible Hawks.

For all the **** talking going on by Bulls fans on the general board, Chicago has looked mighty average in this series against the Bucks so far.

The East is shaping up nicely for Washington so far.

Atlanta hasn't played like a team that can just rip of two straight victories. Playing at home, with all the pressure on them to maintain home court, going to be some great basketball this week.

C'mon guys, we don't need to start looking like Raptor fans. Let's tone it down.

Cavs have no Love. Hawks and Bulls looking bad. Wizards might be the favorite to win the east now :O

Why? Nobody should be intimidated by the Hawks right now. If Deron Williams doesn't lay two duds in game 1 and 2, the Nets straight up would have swept Atlanta.

I can totally see the bulls losing this series. Kidd has that team figured out.
