I don't see this at all. I don't think Beal's play is suffering from some sort of misunderstanding of the team's hierarchy. It's not like Beal is taking shots from Wall. Wall leads the team in FGA's and equivalent FGA's by a substantial margin even though Beal has a substantially higher TS% and ORtg than Wall. If anything, Wall should try and find a way to take a few less shots and give up more shots to Beal, Otto and Gortat.

(Don't get me wrong. I don't really have a problem with Wall's shot selection this year; and he has been terrific in the clutch. I'm not saying he should shoot considerably less. I'm just saying there's very little argument for Wall to be shooting more.)

U misunderstood I'm not saying Beal should take less shots I'm saying he should play the whole game like he's does in tight 4th qtrs. .
Look at lebron and kyrie this year vs last year
Pay your beals....or its lights out!!!
Bron, Bosh, Wade is like Mike, Hakeem, barkley...3 top 5 picks from same draft
mike, hakeem and Barkley on the same team!!!!

Read on Twitter

President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

I'm glad he is eating better but i couldn't help but laugh at this...

"I'm probably lifting more throughout the season," Beal explained. "I think in previous years I kind of got away from it. Just keeping my body stronger. I'm eating the right foods. I don't eat junk food as much as I used to anymore. I used to always say I had a high metabolism, but I'm getting older so my weight is starting to fluctuate a little bit. So, I've gotta watch that. It's always important for me especially, I have to watch what I put in my body."

I was watching the Starters, they mentioned that Kevin Love's knee injury is likely to keep him out of the ASG. And brought up Beal as one of the leading choices to be named a replacement

They may not want to add another guard, so I could see Dwight or even Whiteside (with Miami's recent hot streak) being named. But it would be pretty awesome to get both of our guys in there.

I think if they revoted right now, Beal would get in unanimously over Kemba Walker.. unfortunately team records were different when the voting period first ended.

I'd love Beal to be in, and think he may deserve it. But I'm guessing Whiteside makes it.

Beal certainly making his case for the All-Star game. Not sure if they will replace a big with a guard though.

It would be a nice honor for Beal but I can give a rat's ass about the ASG. Rather watch the skills competition and would like my guys to get as much rest as they can considering EG and the FO are sitting on their collective asses because the starters have carried the team to an impressive first-half record.

Since they announced the All-Star starters, Beal has played 10 games, averaging 25 points, 4 assists and 3 boards with a TS% of .684 and an ORtg of 124. The team is 9-1 over that stretch.

It'd be nice for Beal to be recognized as an All Star, but TBH, I would rather see him get some rest during the break. Same for Wall.

I'd like to see him make it to get recognized for such dramatic improvement.

After the AS game they don't play again until Friday. That is plenty of rest for guys in their 20s. Plus the following games are well spaced out.

I was cool with BB passing on the 3 pt shooting contest and getting some rest and maintenance during the AS break. But if he can be named to the all-star team as a reserve I'm all for it. It's a great distinction and, most importantly for the Zards, a real confidence booster for a young player.

You could make a reasonable argument that Beal and Porter are the two best players in the East not in the All-Star game. Other than Crowder I can't think of anyone who is healthy and has a legit case.

Melo just got picked to replace the injured Love for the All Star game. Beal can't be too happy.

man that really pisses me off. I have so many annoying knick fans for friends that won't shut up about this. I wanted to see Brad and John there.

47%-40%-80% improved his defense, averaging 23ppg. Beal is the best shooting guard in the east. this really pisses me off

Well, that's at least one all star who's not as good as at least two Wizards non-all stars.
