President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

Thanks 'cakes. That is a very informative link which isn't shocking coming from Wittes.

More on the character of our President from https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/trump-distances-himself-from-giulianis-ukraine-efforts/ar-BBXomhl :
President Trump tried to distance himself from his personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani's efforts related to Ukraine on Tuesday in an interview with radio host Bill O'Reilly. In the interview for BillOReilly.com, O'Reilly asked the president what Giuliani was "doing in Ukraine on your behalf."
© Carolyn Kaster / AP President Trump denied he directed Rudy Giuliani to go to Ukraine on his behalf.
"Well, you have to ask that to Rudy, but Rudy, I don't, I don't even know," said Mr. Trump. "I know he was going to go to Ukraine, and I think he canceled a trip," the president continued. "But, you know, Rudy has other clients, other than me. I'm one person."
Mr. Trump then denied that he had ever directed Giuliani to go to Ukraine on his behalf. However, in May the New York Times reported that Giuliani had planned to go to Ukraine that month, to urge the government there to open several investigations that could aid the president.
"There's nothing illegal about it," Giuliani told the Times in early May. "Somebody could say it's improper, and this isn't foreign policy — I'm asking them to do an investigation that they're doing already."
"[T]hat information will be very, very helpful to my client," he predicted, "and may turn out to be helpful to my government."
Giuliani was clear when speaking with the Times about the identity of that client. "My only client is the president of the United States," Giuliani said. "He's the one I have an obligation to report to, tell him what happened." Soon after the Times story was published, Giuliani canceled his trip.

Re: Political Roundtable Part XXVII
i caught a bit of his rally on TV at the gym. he also called the transcribers of official WH phone calls scumbags and lowlifes before saying "could you imagine this happening without these 'transcripts'? could you imagine? what would they [dems] even have then?" before trailing off and calling his voters elite intellectuals, and very good looking people. then he went on to say that he had a perfect physical, the best. that the allegations of him going to Walter Reed without a tie on was indicative of the emergency nature of the visit. he said that he didn't wear a tie bc the doctors were just going to tell him to take off his clothes anyway and couldn't wait to see his chest, his immaculate chest. nobody has a chest like him, they've never seen such a chest.
what an tremendous weirdo. like i know we live in a post-fact world and words don't mean anything any more but this is just... laughably bad. at least the emperor who was naked in the parable at the end was capable of shame. there's not even shame any more.

Well, he's constantly upping his game and showing his lying expertise and versatility. He's graduated from just lies of exaggeration and lies of deception; now he's proven a master of the bold-faced lie, and he's working on the art of the sarcastic lie. All of these are part of the repertoire of a compulsive liar - notably for the liar n thief or the pog that resides at the WH.

Re: Political Roundtable Part XXVII
A Progressive Website Now Quoting Lifelong ConservativesEx-GOP House Member Offers Up A Savagely Honest Analysis Of His Old Party
“This is a party today without conviction and they are willing to be used by Russians,” said former Florida lawmaker David Jolly
Jolly explained how, during his time on the Hill in the ’90s before he became a lawmaker, he had argued for the impeachment of former President Bill Clinton “because I believed in a certain law and order principle that a president shouldn’t engage in perjury or obstruction of justice and I thought I belonged to a party that agreed with that.”
He had also later argued against former President Barack Obama’s executive order on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program because “I thought I belonged to a party that opposed that on constitutional grounds.”
But “in retrospect, what I’ve learned these last three years is it wasn’t a law and order party, just a party that hated Bill Clinton,” said Jolly, who served in the House from 2014 to 2017 and announced his resignation from the GOP in October 2018.
“It wasn’t a constitutional party when Barack Obama was in office,” he added. “It was just a party that hated Barack Obama.”
Jolly said “what we’re seeing now is a party that is embracing Donald Trump because they have a quest for power, proximity for power and they want within their reach the ability to self-deal. This is a party today without conviction and they are willing to be used by Russians.”
“We put our trust in our elected leaders,” he concluded. “The Republican Party today through its leadership has abandoned truth and has failed the American people and frankly failed themselves and one day they will recognize that and regret it.”

“As we gather together for Thanksgiving, you know, some people want to change the name Thanksgiving,” Trump said Tuesday night. “They don’t want to use the term Thanksgiving. And that was true also with Christmas. But now everybody’s using Christmas again. Remember this?” Huh? “But now we’re going to have to do a little work on Thanksgiving,” Trump continued. “People have different ideas. Why it shouldn’t be called Thanksgiving. But everybody in this room, I know, loves the name Thanksgiving. And we’re not changing.”
That even baffled the normally unbaffleable crew at Fox & Friends, who did their best to contextualize and explain Trump’s comments, even briefly pinning it on Obama, naturally.
Host Brian Kilmeade: “I don’t think there’s a huge push to change the name of Thanksgiving, is there?”
Host Steve Doocy: “Well, you know, I think it was in 2015 there was a rumor that Barack Obama wanted to change the name of Thanksgiving. But that was debunked. So perhaps what he’s talking about was just all these stories about your carbon footprint and the amount of energy you use to travel…”

Brian and Steve (Kilbrain and Doofy) - you bleeping tools - just say what you'd be thinking if you were capable of such a thing: "What the bleep was Trump talking about? He was obviously trying to cause divisiveness out of nothing. What he was doing was nothing better than pure evil that only a dispicable (sp?) human being would be capable of."

A rush to judgement and punishment rather than creative problem-solving and support tends to be a pretty universal recipe for disaster. Vengeance doesn't change the past and it doesn't generally tend to prevent anything in the future but there is a universal urge to rush in for it.

Yup let crack heads do however and whatever they please. More amazing is the continued fear of accountability on the left. You know what the easiest decision in life is? Not what to wear to work today, what to eat for breakfast, which email to reply to first, nope. The easiest decision, not to commit a crime or do drugs.

i must have missed where skipping breakfast was criminalized and that millions of people of color were disproportionately being arrested for skipping breakfast which has resulted in a state of perpetual poverty for those communities of color.
