You make me proud of my peoples of Houston...

...is among more than 1.2 million voters who’ve already cast ballots in Harris County, which includes Houston, as of Wednesday evening, nearly surpassing the fast-growing county’s total turnout from 2016.

To add to your picks, to get to a 7-6 majority, and to cause maximum republican apoplexy, I would add AOC, And Rep Ilhan Omar of Minnesota. I have a lot of respect for both.

Seems like we should be telling Obama that we're planning on him becoming a Supreme. Give him a heads up on this. Merrick's probably got his wall decorations still packed.

I like them both where they are. Plus as a Supreme we would never get President Ocasio Cortez. Or Speaker. Or Majority Leader.

More than 9 million Texans have cast ballots so far, surpassing the state’s total votes cast in 2016

Bearing in mind that 2018 turnout in Texas was much higher, so they haven't hit that milestone yet

I’m in a weird zone right now. I’m really anxious about what we wake up to on Wednesday.

Will there be violence in the streets?

If so, and let’s say Trump clearly tries to steal the election, what’s a moderate liberal, good government activist like me to do?

Listen. Trump can’t actually do anything to stop the counts or claim he won the election. He only had a chance if the election is close. If you don’t want there to be violence in the streets then volunteer. You can text bank and phone bank to get out the vote. And the great thing about this is that due to the early vote, the Democratic Parties know who haven’t voted. So you’d be making indirect influence in the outcome of the election.

I just finished reading Lyndon Johnson's book talking about the 1948 Senate election primary where a lot of corruption occurred so this isn't anything new in Texas politics.

Have to say I like that people come to this board from other teams to talk politics in the thread.

Is the thing planning on doing something so vile that a fence like that will be needed?
