Can't wait for Wall and Nene to come back so we can end up winning 25-30 games this season, rank 12th-14th in the Eastern Conference, get the 5th-8th pick in the draft and do it ALL over again next year!

What happened to the defense from the first week? Charlotte FFS is getting whatever shot they want. God.

Ted already said that's not the goal anymore. Not making the playoffs has gone from unacceptable to acceptable.
Now, it's finishing with the worst overall record in the league that Ted considers unacceptable.
EDIT: From the Ted thread....
sashae wrote:So much for "a lottery finish being unacceptable." Ted sayeth:Because of the NHL lockout, Leonsis limited his thoughts to the Wizards, who have been a test of his patience since he bought the team in the spring of 2010 following the death of longtime owner Abe Pollin. Washington is 43-105 under Leonsis' stewardship, and he said at the draft in June that another appearance in the lottery would be "unacceptable."
Now that camp is under way - with former No. 1 overall pick Wall on the sidelines nursing the early stages of a stress injury to his left knee cap - the expectations are a bit tempered.
"We would all find it unacceptable if we finished with the second- or third-worst record in the NBA this year," Leonsis said. "That would be a failure, and the failure would start with me."
I missed this one. Looks like we're aiming for 4th worst! Go Ted!

The fans deserve exactly what they're getting for rewarding this fraud of an organization with their hard earned money.

After that last article about Nene, I'm not expecting him to play more than 20 games this year. Wall will struggle again because our spacing is still terrible.
Honestly 25-30 wins this year seems like an optimistic outlook.

It's why I literally own nothing nor buy anything Wizards related. I'm not dropping one dime on this team. The only way I'm going to a game is if I get a free ticket (and those are easy to get).
I'm literally giving Leonsis one more year to make the right decision and change the fromt office. Until then, he can kiss my ass along with Grunfeld.
Some random troll wrote:Not to sound negative, but this team is owned by an arrogant cheapskate, managed by a moron and coached by an idiot. Recipe for disaster.

Mark my word, Wall won't be back on the court until mid to late December. Nene won't be back until next year.

Hard to play defense when the other team is consistently getting a chance to run the break after collecting the Wizards misses.

Gotta love the defense there
Just let him stroll down the court for an uncontested runner.

I really only watch to see Randy's exasperated facial expressions.

Man, way too may long jumpshots for most of this game. They've been able to cut into the lead, let's see if they can keep it up.

Why does Cartier Martin play so infrequently? Maybe it isn't saying much, but he's got about the best shot on the team. It's raining bricks game in and game out so why not play Martin more often? How could he do any worse?

Last year, Martin had an on/off differential of +9.9. He led all players (among those who played at least 10% of the overall minutes).
