Mixed bag.
Seems like his bad play equal out his good plays.
Problem is you want your PG to be steady. Wall is not that.
But even when he's not making "plays" per se, his presence on the court alone is usually a net positive. You can't discount that.
Not a lot of teams have PGs who naturally put pressure on defenses simply on the merit of their physical ability.
