well to be fair they have won back to back titles and went to 3 straight finals. I say that because it makes me think of that great Kobe quote (although I cant remember how it goes exactly). He gave an interview talking about being a leader and making his teammates better. He said he always thought that it meant passing, get other guys easy shots, and having them up there play to match his level but now that he's older he realizes that it means to change the culture so much that your teammates dont need you. Basically saying changing the cultures so much that the guys take everything seriously and can compete at a high level even with the stars out
