Our pick and roll defense has regressed -- badly. We either switch too easily, and accept a bad matchup, or we give up the lane to average/below average penetrators. It seems as if the bigs aren't hedging very well at all this year.
Always remember, my friend: the world will change again. And you may have to come back through everywhere you've been.

Glen Rice is in the dog house and Rasul Butler is getting minutes.

Probably has something to do with Rice having been awful so far this year and getting into it with the coach after being taken out of the game.

Perfectly justified benching, would be shocked if Rice isn't in the D-league when Beal is back.

Sample size is small. Plus he's coming off an injury.

Completely knee jerk.

Agreed, the D doesn't seem up to last year's...

Edit: on P&R D

Disgustingly awful. Wall is no leader.

So similar to the last Indiana game. Just get to comfortable with a lead.

We need a lock defender... good team D but we need someone can lock down the best guard/wing. I thought that would be Temple but not so much... maybe Porter in time?

Wizards have two more back to backs this month and I'm not feeling good about that.
