Eh, there's very few people from RealGM that post on BF, at least those that I'm aware of. The only two that I know for a fact use the same handle are illmatic and Hands, and illmatic rarely posts, at least lately, and I picked this up from a fanpost, not an official post from a BF staffer.

Also, the formatting is totally different. Honestly, I wouldn't have even noticed it had I not already been reading Hands ridiculous organizational defenses for the past couple of weeks. It just clicked for me that they could possibly be the same person. Think about it. They're the only two Wizards fans that I can even think of that has actually defended EG to such a vehement extent. Even that new guy that came in defending Ernie got set straight by Kevin in like one night.

Grammatically they may be differen't. They may talk about different things, but I would contend that both have the exact same argumentative style of deflecting and misrepresenting evidence.

As for the multiple IP issue, I find it unsatisfying as evidence that they couldn't possibly be the same person. I can generate 6 different IP's from where I'm sitting without moving my legs, and that's before I even change devices.

For Millie to have simply participated in a copy/paste job, it needs to hold that Millie had to love Hands post so much (also let it be stated for the record that no one like millie even posts on BF, so there's little evidence to suggest that he even frequent's the comments section) that he would use it to formulate his own assumptions, and then it needs to hold that Millie doctored the original post in very specific places, essentially a half-assed attempt at plagiarism, instead of revising every sentence in order to make it own.

There's certainly an element of uncertainty. Personally though, I'm more amenable to the notion because I frequently post on other boards (Here, subreddit, BF)

This is my post history for RealGM:

search.php?author_id=154234&sr=posts

This is my post history for BF:

http://www.sbnation.com/users/Knowledge92?_ga=1.264546255.1922071874.1455533888

Two different handles, same person. Sometimes I end up posting the exact same thing on (not like I'm trying to hide it) both boards, often without even attempting to copy and paste my statements, it just happens that way. At the same time, even though my posting style is similar on both accounts, if you were unknowledgable about the truth in the matter, I'm sure you could come up with an argument that the two accounts were different people based on inconsistencies and flow of information (like how Sluggerface responds to the community here vs how Knowledge92 responds to the community on BF).

Obviously, the only way to know that it's certainly true is if Millie admits the fact.

The threads on BF move really fast, was there a lot of time between to two hands/Millie posts?
I believe that the ball boy who came and went quickly, only showed-up just to post a very Millie-like post, I think it was a Millie sock-puppet.

This is all doc's doing. Doc is the Wizboard's Andy Kaufman. Doc has been here through SD20, Krizko/Ace, etc. He's so creative and such an amazing writer and caricaturist, that I wouldn't be shocked -- after some digestion -- if doc WAS some of the aforementioned, as well as hands/millie.

One of my favorite characters ever -- who I just couldn't believe was real -- was WizNasty. The guy took video of his own pickup games and then posted them! Well, who "figured out" who WizNasty was? Who wrote hilarious takedown "scouting reports" of said vids? doc, man. doc.

I think docs an eccentric billionaire genius and we're all paint in his little performance art canvas.

That, or people are just weird.

That would be the greatest piece of performance art ever...

But I just can't buy it.

Back when I had season tix (2004-12) I interacted with both doc and hands via email. Met one of them in person. I'm confident that Finkle is not Einhorn in this scenerio. That would be a "long con" of Sawyer-esque proportions. Can't see that happening.
I think it's more likely that Millie just copied and pasted hands bf post

I'll cop to it. Over on the Pistons board, we created both the Millie and the Hands personas. We knew that one day, the Pistons and Wizards would be entrenched in an important battle. Knowing that Wizards players read these boards, we decided to release the smoking guy the day before the big game to throw the entire Wizards team into confusion. Notice all those open 3s we got in the first quarter? Everyone was like "WTF? Millie = Hands? Oh yeah! Defense!"

Yes. We're that good. We have a highly sophisticated program that has been functioning through backchannels since the Eisenhower administration. The Kobe rape allegations? Yep, we did that too. We even put a tiny remote control water capsule in John Wall's knee at a doctor's appointment when he was 12. We had a long debate in our secret forum about whether to use this moment to set it off or not, but we thought "what the hell? Don't know how long the battery will last anyway, so let's do it." *click* Swollen knee.

As for what's in store for the future? Obviously I don't want to give everything away, but let's just say we've taken notes on the X-files episode "Roland"

So if Marcus happens to die and you see Markieef suddenly playing in a way that behooves the Pistons, you might want to take a visit to the cryogenics lab.
Tom Gores' Securus faced a class action lawsuit in 2024. The company engaged in a "quid pro quo kickback scheme" with county jails in Michigan which banned in-person visits in order to maximize revenue from voice and video calls.

Ok, so originally I believed there was an 8 hour time frame between the two posts. I looked at some of my comments on BG and some of my comments here, fixed my time zone for the board. I know for a fact that my SBnation settings are 3 hours behind.

Millie's original post happened at 12:14 PM EST. Hands post on BF happened at 10:18 AM EST.

So to add another assertion to the plagiarism crowd, Millie had to have seen Hands post within 2 hours of his initial posting on a platform that doesn't give you individual user posting notifications, on a 2 day old fanpost that shares many similiarities with other "open letter" style posts on that site, on a weekday.

I post on both BF and here. I post on BF more though but wow. Didn't even know hands was banned here.....

Would be a nice trick. Ernie would have to have altered his posting style to lower the frequency of empty platitudes.

If Ernie came out and admitted being a message board troll on RealGM, it would be the strongest argument yet for renewing his contract.

I have trouble deciding what's the best part of all this, but Sluggerface's message board forensics work would make a great episode of CSI Cyber.

We've now gone close to 24 hours with no denial/response from milellie111.
