Deshawn has played 21 minutes already. Nick Young has played 0.

Way to give the vets some rest there, EJ.

Nate, read Ivan's blog. N1 is out tonight with a thigh burse.

This is one the Wizards must win. Miami will take the floor with a D-League team tonight (no D-Wade, no Mourning, no Shawn Marion and even no Pat Riley, who is scouting). Rookie Nick Young is out with right thigh bruise for the Wizards. I just heard about that moments before tip-off. I'll ask him about after the game.

:noway: when will all the EG hate stop?????

My sources tell me EJ pulled a Tonya Harding on Nick Young for insubordination... apparently the specific infraction was "failing to compliment EJ's snazzy choice of tie".

Ok, My Mountaineers are nearly done getting killed by UNC, so I can focus all of my attention to the Wizards game...

So far, I'm kind of pissed that the Wiz can't just bury this team.

Toronto is losing, and Philly is getting killed by Orlando.

Let's get this one out of reach so that maybe Eddie will come to his senses and give the banged up guys some rest. Oh wait, the whole team is banged up.

Blatche has been in the game for 15 minutes without a single rebound.

Wow, Miami is every bit as bad as I imagined. Jamison has real been smokin' from the outside over the last few games. Caron has looked more like himself tonight. Hopefully we can build on the momentum from this trip and shock Detroit on Sunday.

No we're talking...that sucks Noodles is hurt. This would be a great night for him to get some minutes.

Ah well, EJ should run this lineup at the end to give our starters some rest...:
1 - Mason Jr
2 - DMac
3 - Songaila
4 - Blatche
5 - Stewie

That'd be schweet!!!

Nick Young's "thigh bruise" sounds a bit fishy to me. I wonder if he missed curfew or something and EJ is punishing him while also letting him save face.

Tonight's game would have been a good opportunity to get Deshawn some rest.

I'm surprised Pecherov hasn't gotten any PT yet.

I really love what DMAC has the potential to do on the rebounding end.

I love how Eddie continues to find new ways to tell us that he has no clue if/when Gilbert is coming back.

Why is CB still playing? 25 pts on 9/12 shooting. Amazing

Pleasantly surprised by this game - not in the fact that we're about to win and win big, but the fact that we've been in control from start to finish. There has not been one moment in this game that I have been even remotely fearful that Miami might make a comeback. I mean, I guess that's what most teams' fans say when playing Miami, but from a Wizards perspective, it's a bit of a shock.
