So much for getting Leonard...

But at least he wins the award for Suit of the Night
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son!

When will EG learn? Any GM with a brain there either takes Brandon Knight or smacks his tunnel vision out of his head and makes a deal.........

Spot on...this move sets us back

Where is that Fire Ernie thread???

LOL. How can adding a player set us back? It may not move us forward, but how can it set us back.

Why would you trade up to get Singleton? He might be there anyway. If not Faried, though I'm intrigued by the big dude from USC, Vucecic. I guess we don't need two big Euros. One athletic and one not.

hoping for fareid expecting donatas.

People may continue to not like it or not believe it, but Blatche is intended to be the #2 option.

Leonard seems an awful lot like Indy's 1st pick last year - Paul George.

I guess we could go with the all non-shooting front court and pick Faried.

I'm guessing we go with the big man - Vucevic.

Wasting the pick on Guggilotta-lite rather than trading back - someone would have wanted to trade up for Knight, right?

As far as I can tell, Vesely's game has absolutely nothing in common with Gugs.

Further, just how much basketball have you watched Vesley play? My guess is not even 1 full basketball game, in which case you can't really know what you are talking about.

Ted and Ernie are busy right now with Jan's GF. They're screening calls right now. :)

No way they'll be through for a while, man.

Faried won't be the pick. I think they like Booker in that role. It's going to be Tobias Harris or Singleton IMO.

I'm wondering: Which player will I be the maddest the Wizards passed on?

Faried? Brooks?

Can't decide ....

People may continue to not like it or not believe it, but Blatche is intended to be the #2 option.

Blatche is what he is. He isnt bad but he isnt a championship level 2nd option. he's above average at everything and great at nothing. a blatche/mcgee pairing isnt very complementary.

but then again i wanted to trade him for patterson early last season (before his value dropped)
