Just saw this - "Deshaun Watson Donates First Game Check To Texans' Cafeteria Employees."

Just... wow. I have a new favorite non-Skins player.

Hey, so did they get rid of booze for the acela level-tickets? i'm looking to go to a game but it seems like they got rid of the booze option in favor of this budweiser/beck's promotion?

Depending how much money or what area you want to sit, the all inclusive package isnt bad. It's all you can eat and drink (beer/soda) from 1 hour before tip to the end of the 3rd.

the all-inclusive package is available for all seats? or do you mean the courtside seats? i've sat courtside twice and it was awesome.

It's available for all levels. Obviously cheaper in the 400s and depends on the matchup.

Alabama football just recruits stud after stud. You have to play perfect or get extremely lucky to beat them. Georgia had their opportunities and lost their game plan late.

And still getting it done at 50. Saw a pic of them a couple weeks ago. He's too old for this to be a true cougar/cub thing, but older women are in style now. About time!

Yeah, but that kicker should NOT get a ring or be part of any team championship photos. He was playing for the other guys last night. :D

Maybe if he wore glasses like Georgia's kicker he would have hit.

First NFL game I ever saw was an Eagles game on TV. I forget the opponent. My grandfather loved his Philadelphia teams. His Eagles finally won a Super Bowl. What a game, and I don't even like football.

I feel slightly better about the Eagles winning the super bowl after this.

Why do you hate America?

Whenever coming across obnoxious Philly fans that made fun of the Skins, I took comfort in always having in my back pocket the comeback - How many Super Bowls has Philly won? I can still use it (cuz we've got them 3 to 1), but it'll never be the same. Still, I enjoyed the game - congrats Philly. Now, I'll need to wash my mouth out with soap.

I'm hoping Washington becomes more relevant. I believe Washington has the longest drought among NFC East teams to not only make the playoffs but win a playoff game (last one for Washington was 2006). At least Philadelphia showed they can overcome a terrible coach/gm combo and recover nicely to become a competitor, although I'm skeptical with Dan Snyder as the owner.

My grandfather lived most of his life in Philadelphia, from his teen years onward, except for time in the Army. He was a gentle and soft spoken, quite the opposite of what we think of as a typical Philadelphia sports fan. I remember seeing a Phillies Nats game in Philly, and some among us were wearing Nats caps. They don't just boo you, they throw every cuss word they know your way.

Just saw an article commemorating Marvin Gaye's singing of the national anthem at the 1983 NBA All Star Game. Worth listening to again, and again.

Deontay Wilder vs Luis Ortiz tonight and Celtics/Rockets. Good sports TV night.

Anyone have a simlar type situation to this at work? I have a smoke-show co-worker who I get along great with - we joke around, she does good work for me, everything's fine. But occasionally she shows her assets too much. Today... it's like the Seinfeld episode - I can't look straight on or anywhere in the neighborhood, as I'm blnded by the sun. She's wearing a super-tight bright white dress, plunging a LOT... and it's... spectacular. She's in mid 30's, so I assume she knows how this affects people. Do you say anything to her in today's work climate?
