Additionally, Bub and Will might not be in the rotation.
Regarding starters, Trae, AD and Sarr will presumably be starters. Based upon merit, Justin and next year’s first round pick might be the other two starters.
Regarding Bub and Will not being in the rotation, if Jamir and Cam outplay those two, and minutes are distributed based upon merit, those two might be out of the rotation.
Before I start my response, I'm a just say this..... I have so many reasons to hate this damn team as it has given me decades of ammunition...
Considering my football teams all are championship level organizations, (SF49, NYG, Miami Canes).....
I definitely am not a fan that would ever be considered a homer.....
I scream for Kyle Shannahan's Head, was glad Daboll was fired, and I don't really feel merciful about pro sports considering the cost....
I definitely would not be rocking with this FO or team if I didn't like the overall product that they are building....
With that said, the change in outlook of this team 3yrs ago, to now, is really crazy to watch.....
DC is going to be interesting once all these stadiums are built or renovated.....
Now to what you're on.....
What you want is our younging's parked on the bench, but I doubt they are going to do that....
They are going to continue developing our youngings....
Our guys are physically still boys and you nor I really know what that even translates to as they become young men......
That was the dice roll drafting guys who were so raw, but had phsycial profiles they coveted, and diverse skillsets....
Once they grow up, this squad could be exceptional....
Jamir has to learn how to shoot...
Justin will play, but this desire for him to bench our youngsta's is kinda wild....
We are going to see what alot of the kids can do the rest of the season....
But seeing how our guys have been making gains in the weightroom from 1-2 summers, I wonder what they'll look like by year 4-5 when they are 23-24....
Bub is going to look better playing with a real PG (TY)....
He was being miscast as a lead guard and will go back to his more natural position of 2......
His game works so much better when he doesn't have to get to the hole as much not being forced to play out of position......
The complaints about not getting to the rim become less of an issue when that's not his job or role....
His mid range and 3 point shooting will be more valuable then....
He needs to keep improving his physique and work on his defense....
Will Riley has a chance to be a very nice player...
He's tall, can pass and shoot, and is as skinny as a pole....
He's raw clay, that has flashed some promising signs.....
He'll only get stronger, and will continue working on his game to improve as a player...
We have been drafting guys who live basketball...
You want microwave success, when it's been 3 years....
How did you interpret gutting it down to the foundation?
If we go G in the draft, depends on who we get...
If we get DP I could see him starting as a rookie, but if we draft Flemings or Brown, or Arenas, I think those guys will come in off the bench to begin the season......
If we get AJ, CB, CW or someone in that vein, again I don't know if anyone besides AJ might have a chance to start as a rookie.....
I just don't get the desire to get so mad at the Wizards now, of all times to be sick of this team....
I mean you had so many chances prior to this regime that should've really gotten you up in arms, but this particular iteration is what set you off?
Why?
