Jesus, did Jr Smith really take 17 3s against milwaukee? Is he (Please Use More Appropriate Word) or just stupid?

Yeah, not sure many saw this coming from Turner. He was always a confident player. I remember pre draft him trying to position himself as the #1 against Wall and it sound like

. Something about him rubbed me the wrong way so I wasn't a big fan. I watched him some the first two years and wasn't sure it would work out for him. He seemed to play like a #1 option but didn't have enough game to back it up which looked like a real problem. But now look at him. He is a very steady producer. A legit core piece of a team. He does a little of everything. Pts, Rebounds, Assists, Steals. I think Philly is going to pay him nicely.
He isn't a headliner yet, but he is putting himself in reach of getting there. And he is only 6.6M this year.
Again, maybe the most under recognized #2 pick. Usually that high of a pick puts you in the spot light. I don't hear much regarding him. Most likely because it has taken him into his 4th year to produce near 20 pts a game and that team had not been winning. But he looks legit.
I watched some of that BRK game. Man, Hawes would be the idea back up center. And T Young on a better contract would be a nice piece. He nailed a corner 3 with confidence. He has really developed his range.
http://hoopshype.com/salaries/philadelphia.htmThat team should have some nice cap space and Evans and MCW is a nice start. And TY is a nice compliment to those two. If they can resign Hawes as a back up and find a bigger stronger starter they could start to put something together. Not sure if Noel is what they need or not. Going to take time for him to fill out if he ever does. Hawes and Noel doesn't seem like the ideal combination. We will see.
Wiz fans that wanted the Wizards to build via the draft with max cap room should like the way Philly looks. Specially if they land the right draft pick to play SF. They could be pretty good in two years.
