President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

Terps destroyed Rutgers last night - worse than the 25 point margin indicates. Regards to Eddie Jordan. MD is a GREAT team. Hearing Dan Dakich last weekend say they're overrated because "they have too many moving parts"... what does that even mean? Dakich has become the single most full of hot air annoying college basketball announcer I can remember. He's like a combo of Billy Packer and Bill Walton at their worst.

Melo with the deep 3- pointer in the last few seconds for the win today.

At the same time ex-Terp Seth Allen went 1-9 FG and ended up with 3 points against Duke in a blowout loss.

He transferred when Trimble was on the way the following season.

I had forgotten all about Seth. I was so disappointed when he decided to transfer because he was afraid of losing playing time. And as we've seen, Trimble can play either guard position - and so can Seth, so there would have been plenty of PT fro him. He blew a good thing, imo.

Btw, Duke's looking better and better this season.

In a way, it's great that Seth blew a good thing. He would have cut into last year's Trimble's minutes.

Melo never had competition like Stone has from Dodd and Carter. Trimble would still be great had Allen remained a Terp. Coach Turgeon would have had other options, however, and less likelihood of just putting the ball in Melo's hands.

Melo Trimble: best PG in the nation.
Eric Maynor is the worst basketball player I've ever seen.

Up there with Kris Dunn. Dunn's D gives him the edge, imo.

Looks like Dwayne Haskins will flip to OSU.

Very surprised DX has him being taken so-low in the 1st round, the guys has big balls, he is going to be a good pro.

I don't think he will be.

He's a tweener. Not athletic enough to excel in the NBA IMO.

I'd be surprised. Michigan's a small team, but they do have a big named Mark Donnell who can get hot from outside - forcing a MD big to come out and cover the 3 point line. Michigan's basically got to get white hot from 3. Caris Lavert's having a heckuva year as their do it all player. MD should dominate the boards.

I will wait til after March Madness to give a prediction on his future, but I like his trajectory, he reminds me of Chris Paul.

I think he'll be good, but CCJ's right about his weaknesses. He doesn't have Paul's speed, quickness, and explosion. But he does have above average strength for a PG. What I've said is - as the NBA goes to more 3 guard sets, a player with his ability to do multiple things on the court will be in more demand.
