Incredible.

Irrespective of whether he was going to make that shot, it speaks to John Wall that he embraced the moment and took the shot.

Tsze-Kung asked, "Is there one word which may serve as a rule of practice for all one's life?"

The Master said, "Is not Reciprocity such a word? What you do not want done to yourself, do not do to others."

Read on Twitter

President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

I'm not going to even mention the name but why were they talking about a major douche
and hater on the CSN sports talk program last night.

All hail John Wall.

Well at least he knows exactly what to work on this offseason. If John is smart (and his people and the wiz coaches are equally smart) they will come up with a strategy that helps him develop his mid range and 3pt shot. Once people have to legitimately go over screens to guard him he will officially be the best point guard in the league. When they cant give him a open 3 or give him certain shots on the floor, it will open up the lane as people have to run at him. Im not sure a major improvement in his shooting will translate into a much higher field goal % over a years time or even more PPG. But I do think it will translate into winning more games because the effort to score will be lifted if Wall doesnt need to throw himself at the rim in traffic at 100MPH 10+ times a game. Thanks for posting this!

Lillard is a better shooter than Wall IMO but if im not mistaken Walls shooting FG% is higher for their carreers...thats it.

There are these stats called "effective field goal %" and "true shooting %" that you might want to explore
Making extreme statements like "only" sounds like there are "no" Jokics in this draft? Jokic is an engine that was drafted in the 2nd round. Always a chance to see diamond dropped by sloppy burgular after a theft.

I know you are right...thats why i said FG%....not advance stats...it was an intentional omission.

I wonder how much John works on strength training again this summer. He's been one of the best guys in the league in terms of gaining muscle and weight from his rookie season. I wonder if it wouldn't be worth it for John to lose a bit of speed to trade for more durability and strength to finish at the cup without finesse finishes. It may not be possible...he's already big, but if he can finish over "softer" bigs like Horford and Olynyk and muscle through double teams on drives, he wouldn't even need to improve his shooting.

Congratulations to John Wall for getting all NBA 3rd team. Curry was the All NBA PG and Isiah got second.

It's an interesting concept that you propose. Remember Ben Johnson and Usain are muscular guys... I wonder if he could retain some of his deminshing speed and increase strength at the same time just by working on it relentlessly over the offseason

Yeah - Harden Westbrook 1. Obviously
Isiah and Curry 2... can't argue with that
John and Derozen 3-

That's great news for us and interesting news for Boston! Boston gonna have to think hard about if they pay Isiah the super max considering they may draft his replacement I

I wonder if we'll see a significant jump in Wall's production this offseason? For the first time in several summers, he is fully healthy in the offseason and will be able to actually train at basketball rather than rehab his knee.

Hope he takes a month off or so, he looked gassed at the end here.
