John Wall talked on Friday about where he believes he ranks amongst the NBA's top point guards.

"I put myself somewhere in the top-5, top-10," Wall told RealGM.

Wall missed the first part of the current season with a knee injury, returning on Jan. 12. Wall had a PER of 17.8 last season, but it has dropped to 15.9 so far this season.

Wall is averaging 16.9 points, 8.7 assists and 3.8 rebounds on 41.5 percent shooting per 36 minutes this season.

That's very bad news. It'd be one thing if he knew how much he still needed improve but to rank himself as a top 5 or even top 10 guard means that he thinks he doesn't need to work much more to get better. He is nowhere near a top 10 guard at this point in his career.

After being tied at halftime, the Wiz are now up 21 on deron Williams. They still trail the nets by 16 at the end of 3, though.

Both of these teams are absolutely horrible. It makes me cringe how awful our record is when the eastern conference is this embarrassingly bad.

Price just got robbed on a faux travel call when he hit a 3 to cut it to ten, almost made a game out of it. Next thing you know, the Nets score 5 straight and it's an 18 point game again.

Yup, the refs aren't helping us at all. The Nets have sucked tonight besides for Deron and Reggie Evans

Eh, it's a decent strategy, unfortunately this team has no one that can create a decent shot for themselves and Wall can't do anything in the clutch.

I'm quite fine having Wittman coach the season out. He's gotten them to play D and has developed set roles for folks. But seriously, he better not be back. Its time to invest in an above minimum wage coach. Perhaps someone who knows about lineups and in-game strategy matching.
