Wall needs to be benched. He isn't above the team.

I wouldn't be surprised. Notice how Beal is trying to show out, and Wall is basically taking a backseat to him? There's definitely something subconscious going on there. I really hope Wall snaps out of it

Rondo was snubbed for the USA team multiple times and he's way more accomplished than a lot of the players they chose over him. John can't let that bring him down

We'd be getting blown out if we were going up against any other team

I don't have a good feeling about the 4th quarter, especially the way Wall is playing. Utah is so streaky, they go on 3 minutes droughts and then on a 10-2 run just like that. Hope I'm wrong and that Real Deal saves us in the end.

If it is something like jealously Wall needs to grow up. While it hasn't manifested tonight, we all know he is a lot better now...but he can only blame himself for not getting better quicker. You aren't going to get recognition by games like this...

I agree, but I don't think it's necessarily jealousy.

Think about it: you grow up dreaming of representing your country, you attend team USA camps for multiple summers and bust your butt trying to make the team.. and then all of a sudden you find out that your dream isn't going to happen. It isn't something that you can just get over right away.

If he was snubbed for All-Star he could just say "I'll get em next year" like Steph Curry did last season. But this isn't like that. He will have to relive the pain not just now, but this summer during Worlds, and then in 2016 again.

Granted, there's still a very good chance for him to be added to the pool. But I imagine the kid is crushed right now. And it only stings worse that his teammate and friend will be flying all over the world playing with the Worlds team this summer, while he is sitting at home

HOWEVER, helping his team get over .500 for the first time since 2009 will give him a lot more positive press than anything else he could do right now. Apparently he doesn't realize that

Would Temple make any other roster in the NBA except ours?

This doesn't feel like a game we win. I smell a 4th quarter blowout coming.

Something tells me that the elusive benchmark that shall go unmentioned isn't in the cards yet again... Against another bad team.

Probably our last chance in a while to have a winning record for the first time in 5 years, against the worst team in the league to boot, and this is the type of effort they bring?

Wall has been pathetic so far.
