^Don't mind if that's the case and we get Beal. But if it comes down to MKG v Barnes for #3, gimme MKG.

Hoping for excitement 6 plus 11? If mkg is there still...I'm just hoping for some genius moment

I'm back on the MKG bus if Cleveland jumps us for Beal. We'll have a bunch of front court assets we can use to move up to the middle of Rd 1 for another 2 guard. Forget fit, get a guy who'll bring it 82 games a yr.

I think Sactown's interest in TRob will discourage the Cats from dealing with the Cavs. The Wizards could easily trade down to 5 and take Barnes/Waiters.

Ernie must have a contingent deal w/ Sac'to. Great for them, great for us. If he doesn't... well whatever else one can say about him, it's not like him to be unprepared.

Yeah, I was excited to see the Kings rumor on that. This is a very legit threat to the Bobs if they really want Robinson - assuming we're not super excited about MKG (mistake, but...) there is every reason in the world for us to make that trade even if the sweetener isn't great. It sounds much more legit than the 7,8,9 rumors.

If the Wizards come out of this draft and disgusting season with Harrison Barnes to show for it, I will not be happy. I bought the hype for Barnes as a freshman, but I think he's shown his limitations over two college seasons.

Must be an exciting time to be a Rockets fan. Houston wheeling and dealing.

I'll go with bust

I think Drummond is going to be fine, it's just going to take 5-7 years.

Wiz fans - If Cavs pull a fast one on you taking Beal @ 2 - What's the talk about who are you targeting as the 3rd pick?

Barnes or MKG?

Draft is at 7:30 yall, not 7.

Anyway, I'm resigned to the fact that we're gonna get Barnes should Beal be off the board.

More intrigue as @Chris_Broussard reports Cav offer 4,24,33 to CLT for 2, 31. But source says Wash then disrupts deal, takes TROB at No. 3.

One last note on the Cats/Cavs/Beal and us issue:

If we assume the Cats want TRob, and both we and Cleveland want Beal, it makes much more sense for the Cats to get the other two teams (us and Cleveland) to *bid*, which should bring the Cats the best deal.

We have the upper hand over the Cavs in such a discussion -- obviously, we can take TRob before they do.

Hence, I discount the Cavs-Cats trade rumor. I'm probably wrong, but that's my logic.

This is crazy. At this point I just want to come out with Beal or MKG. Don't care how we get there.
