Todd seems like a Toronto sort of pick — long, athletic, high-motor, switchable defender who can also shoot.

I hope we’re planning on adding both a starting point guard and a backup point guard in free agency.

Because Winston and Holiday are both non-factors on the basketball court. Neither should have a spot in the rotation.

Unfortunately, it seems like they see Holiday as our backup.

From NBA DRAFT ROOM

NBA DRAFT SCOUTING REPORT
POSITION: PF FROM: G League Ignite HT: 6-10 WT: 219
BORN: 10/17/01 YEAR: 01 WING: 7-1 1/4 REACH: 8-11 1/2

Draft Notes
Todd is a gifted basketball talent who is a long and fluid athlete who shows great coordination for a young player of his size. He had somewhat of a slow start in the G League but improved throughout the season and came on strong at the end.

He’s got all of the physical tools and skill-set to be a modern NBA Big. He’s got nice length, excellent quickness in the open court and a promising offensive game. His size and athleticism allow him to guard at the rim and he’s got quick hands and feet, making him a capable perimeter defender for his position.

His offensive game is smooth and advanced for his age. He’s got nice form on his shot and projects as a player who can score from all three levels as his game matures. His 3pt shot could be his calling card at the next level.

Todd shows a lot of versatility and is able to play in the post, make plays in mid range and in the transition game. He gets above the rim with ease and can finish with either hand.

Todd doesn’t have one glaring weakness in his game but he needs to keep adding strength and continue working on his body to hold up against NBA competition.

Needs to continue to develop his skill set, work on his outside shooting and become a consistent free throw shooter.

Been on a plane with no WiFi for 5 hours. I have no idea who is on our team.

Why did we trade for the 22 then trade it for Aaron freaking Holiday?!? I’m so confused.

That helps but still weird. Todd seems like a good pick there.

The sixers had my draft. Springer and Petrusev. Sacramento got Davion Mitchell and Queta. Toughening up their defense.

We're on pick 52, & I'm thinking about hitting the hay. I doubt we're going to buy another pick at this point. But, there is still so much talent on the board that we'll have access to a good prospect after the draft.

WE ALREADY FREAKING HAVE KYLE KUZMA.

I laughed. This is so weird having those players from the Lakers. And then trade a few for Dinwiddie - who we're probably hoping leaves after next season? Bizarre. Anyway... I have no idea how the Wiz plan to make this work, but we'll see.

Nah... I'll stay up. Charles Bassey to Philly. Another guy I'd love us to have.

I tell you what... sign up Justin Champagnie after the draft, & the night will have been more than satisfying.

Philly also gets my guy Bassey 3 picks after Petrusev. Wow. I hope they decide to keep just 1.

Maybe the Bucks pick him at 56 or 60?
