I hope it's okay if I post this in here, but I thought some of you would be interested. We held a Wizards Round Table discussion today with some top Wizards writers/bloggers:

Anyway, I asked the guys about the draft, free agency, Gilbert, and even got in something about the NBA Finals and where Lebron will be next season.

I'd watch a podcast if you promise to have everyone join in:

Notice that none of them mentioned the BOYD strategy in answering question 5. They need to be edumacated by reading our posts! Overall, they answered the questions well - but didn't show a lot of creativity. Kev likely would have added some of that.

Honestly, there were some pretty bad ideas in there.

I am going to agree that some of the ideas were weak and far-fetched. Why would Josh Howard stay in DC for 5-8 million a year when another team probably better than the Wiz will offer him just that. Realistically it doesn't seem wise or feasible to retain any of the free agents at this point.

I also think that if a team offers expirings more or less for Arenas now...you have to take it...otherwise you wait until Feb. I just see that Ricky D-James thing with Arenas-Wall more than I see them really complemeting one another.
