I must say I forgot how much I enjoy actually watching games!

Some nice stuff in there, if just flashes. Can't say I'm seeing world beaters, but lot's of energy.

On a negative, my first reaction to twenty seconds of Jerome Randle is I don't really want him unless he's deeeeeep bench. I'm having flashbacks to the Boinker. Am I being unfair?

Have to go away from the computer to watch it, but McGee hit a couple of outside shots, Wall is missing but is distributing well. Booker hit a really nice dunk. They're down 18-21 at the end of the first.

I don't think Booker can play SF in the NBA...

Wall's going to make McGee offensive stats look really nice.

Man I wish we would've had a chance to get Grevis as well. Definitely hope he has nothing but success.

Those first few games after the big trades last season were the most fun I've had rooting for the Wizards in a long time. Man that was a nice stretch until J Howard got injured. That win against the Nuggets was so awesome.

Wall with another nice drive and draws the foul. Great change of direction. He's going to foul out the entire GS roster.

Overall, McGee has looked better than Wall. Wall will get better though. I do worry how many TOs he'll average. We all anticipated that problem though.

Booker's beast, though.

That's fair. He's always been a score-first guard who isnt a great shooter.

Wall with a couple more drives drawing the foul. I think we'll be hearing that alot this year.

I really like wh Randle can do for us at PG. Hoping he makes the team to replace Boykins.

Brief thoughts:
I don't like Randle. He's a ball hog who can't distribute and who loves to dribble. I didn't like Boykins, either.

#19 is a load. A pants load. Cut him.

Booker can defend backup SFs on the perimeter.

I like Martin still. I hope Cartier stays on the team. Good athleticism.

Wall is a beast driving, man. He's more careful with the ball this half, so far. Me gusta.

i really like booker, but i do think he's more of a PF than a SF. mcgee looks gassed, corroborating those videos that doc posted earlier that mcgee is out of shape. wall just knocked down the lady ref.

I definitely think we find one of our rotation wings on this squad right here. I'll go Cartier for now, but we'll see who wins out.

I'm glad to see JaVale get a lot of minutes. He and Wall are making some nice connections. Good to have a guy who's played in the league to run with JW. JaVale may be a little loosey-goosey, but he has played at the top level, and it shows.

Hoops, we might have a few wings on the SL team. Morgan and Hudson are looking good as well, would like to see several of them kept, and maybe play them in the D-league.

BTW, anyone have a live boxscore? Do they actually keep a live one for SL games?
