It was really making the rounds in assorted forums and (non media) tweets. If you go to Google run the search feed for latest on "Gilbert Arenas ACL" there's a good bit of buzz today. No idea how that got started.

^ I was just about to post that.
Not a total fabrication, but "hobbling" might not be so bad as it does imply moving under one's own power. We've all hobbled at one time or another.

Since the rumor's not true ... hurry up and trade him before he gets hurt!
But honestly, that's a scary, bad rumor that really made me think. Years of injured Gil would like Grant Hill for Orlando. Not good.
