DO NOT SLEEP!
I chatted online with a Wiz ticket rep who said the player most seen in the building this summer has been Dray Blatche, constantly in the weight room, working with trainers, taking shots etc.

Love to hear this. If Dray doesn't end-up having big-man foot problems, I may need to change my win-prediction. We do have some intriguing line-up possibilities if Yi can play some minutes at SF.
Wall
Arenas
Yi
Blatche
McGee

Great video, and even better news. 3:40 into that video is just picture perfect. Really looking forward to what Dray can do this season.

Yeah, but he will never have a smooth or consistent outside shoot because he was shot in the wrist and he doesn't have good flexibility. Well, that's what I remember reading at least.
Dray and Gil are going to be fun to watch as a 1 - 2 punch. Once Wall finds his rhythm, that will be an interesting core three. From there I like the upside of other players filling in with Kirk, Nick, etc.

Nice video of Nick and McGee here. Real McGee looks winded a few times, caught at the wrong end of the court. But of course astounding athletic feats show up. Nice to see the friendship between McGee and Nick, though they're both so happy-go-lucky you want them to be able to flip on that kill switch. Remember Kill+Mode = Cheese.

Positive signs for Killmode McCheese: Baseline back-to-basket low-post move sighted. Also, a block wehre he holds his position underneath and doesn't leave his feet.
EDIT: Also check out Shawn Livingston, JCritter among the former wizards.

I love some parts of Dre's game, and the parts that I don't love are all things he could correct. Really smooth player. :56 - 1:02 was just sick--I remember jumping up out of my chair (well beanbag, and that's much harder) see that one last year.

It's simpler than you think.
Just copy and paste the address of the youtube link into your message, highlight the link and click on the'youtube' button above the text box right next to the 'font color' button.
No need to mess with html embed codes etc.
Here:

Yeah been watching it on stop-start replay all day. Positive signs:
Hilton Armstrong may surprise. Nice block on JaVale, savvy finishing around the basket. Nice chemistry developing between him and Johnny Ballgame.
John Wall hits a wide open three.
Trevor Booker hits from range (foot was on the line though).
The Black Angel of Doom (The B.A.D Kevin Seraphin) is huge. Dude has feet the size of tombstones. Dude should never wear red sneakers again, makes him look like he jacked a circus clown for the footwear.
Lester Hudson is diesel for a little dude. A pocket power forward.
JaVale and Nick Young would win a championship if all games were helter skelter pick-up games with no set plays, scouting, defense, etc. Nobody in the world is as big and as coordinated as JaVale running on the break. Insane.
Johnny Ballgame is quick. Der...

Who was the really dark dude with his shirt off that is build like a rock? 2:05 mark.
Seraphin had on a tank top.
Nick could be so good if he can get his head together. Such a sweet shot.
And McGee showed really good handles while taking that steal at mid court for the dunk. Should be an interesting transition game this year. Going to be a lot of McGee highlight dunks.

Pretty sure that's the 6'3" Lester Hudson. Mr Quadruple Double. He looks taller since he's in the foreground close to the camera. But yeah he's like a cartoon bulldog, long arms and torso of a much larger animal on those short legs. Dude is jacked up. Fully diesel.

There's a part of me that would like to be a fly on the wall in one of these pickup games more than actually going to an NBA game. Really great stuff. I'm starting to get that sick feeling in the pit of my stomach, otherwise known as "hope."
