WASHINGTON CAPITALS $20 TICKETS.
What happened to them?
For years I used to just walk up to the ticket window right before the game and could purchase as many $10 or $20 tickets as I wanted
Today I go online to find tickets for a few games this season and I see the lowest prices are $46.00
Some still may argue that $46.00 is still a very good bargain but what about if one has to purchase as many as 6 tickets for family members who are visiting from out of town?
That is well over $300 when including metro transportation plus food and drinks just for 1 night out.
Dont get me wrong, I do have the money but that is just too damn expensive.
I think I will pass.

Google "supply and demand."
FYI, Google is an internet search engine used by yuppie hipsters who mostly live in expensive condos.
DC was so awesome before the internet!!!

Oh man, if you complain about the yuppies in DC, how are you going to tolerate 15,000+ in a small compact arena?
Don't do this to yourself. BTW, $46 tickets to a Caps game is a really good deal.

I am sure there will be $10 and $20 WIzards tickets. However this might be the last season for that

I think his problem isn't the yuppies--it's that he's trying to buy tickets for people visiting from out of town.
Go to
www.NativeWashingtonians.com and look for their "Born and Bred Pass."

Is this a joke? The Capitals have one of the best teams/super star in hockey, and you expect tickets to be $20??? Move to Columbus if you want to see those prices.
