Let's face it. We all knew that gilbertgoes was not going to last with Gilbert being gone. The player of the game from the Charlotte game was not my game thread, was not Hinrich or Young.

After two straight strong performances i am going into this game thinking they have a legit chance to win. Strange feeling.

Nobody knows Rose's game better than Kirk. Kirk/Kurt/Kip/Hiney/K-Honey/whatever has been quite the pickpocket on D lately. He will have his hands full with Rose who has been on a tear. He is even hitting 3s now.

With Kirk/Nick/Al starting that's 3 guys who can effectively guard their positions. It will be interesting to see if their recent defensive success can continue.

Bulls board full of pessimism for at least tonight's game vs PHL.
Noah is out against us for sure. Taj Gibson appears to be out
for tonight. They are thin upfront. They are starting
Kurt Thomas tonight so Asik can continue to play
against bench players. This might be hit or miss for
McGee. Thomas is smart but is no athlete at this stage.
McGee needs to avoid fouls.

the obvious keys are not to allow both Rose and Boozer
to go crazy. Blatche has had solid b2b games. He needs
to somewhat equalize Boozer. On another note, they're
not wild about Bogans. Nick will need to continue to
light it up.

Bulls on a B2B certainly should work in our favor.
Best case, PHL takes them into 2OT before losing.
CHI tired and flat after an emotional win.

Fantastic thread! The Wizards are clearly better without Haywood, Jamison, Butler, DS, Arenas, and Wall. Hopefully Rashard doesn't upset this winning chemistry. Wizards 101 Bulls 92. Young drives Rose crazy on both ends and McGee will be so hyper that he'll monster block one of his own monster slams. Hinrich will face charges for trading on insider information. Seraphin will smash a backboard, with an airball no less. Yi will make Ruffin look like a stat stuffer.

Charlotte was our first division win. Now its payback time for Chicago who are missing one of their best players

Honestly, despite the superstitious mumbo jumbo about Game Threads and Rick Astley, I think we have a legit shot.

With the win against Charlotte and Shart playing in this one, the players should at least feel a little bit optimistic.

Wall is also questionable with the bone bruise, but if he can suit up then it could get interesting.

The back-to-back for Chi-town seems a little bit irrelevant now since I'm sure that Rose, Deng, and Boozer didn't play much if at all in the 4th quarter tonight.
