its embarrassing.

Josh Howard
Rashard Lewis
Andray blatche
Nick Young
Trevor Booker
John Wall
Cartier Martin
Yi Jillian

that is an NBA Starting 5

How can this man not be doing anything to address his medical staff issue. Besides keeping Flip and Ernie, the lack of progress on this issue is probably the most disappointing thing about Teds leadership so far since he took over Washington

I'm not seeing that much wrong with our medical staff this year. Booker, Young, Yi and Martin seem like normal, NBA injuries. They get hurt, they take time off to heal, they come back. Lewis, Howard and Blatche each had injuries that probably needed more rest, but in all cases, the players really wanted to come back and play while the game still had meaning. I don't think there will be any long term damage as a result of them coming back too soon (except perhaps in the case of Howard, who isn't a long term investment anyhow).

Wall is the one guy that bears more scrutiny. He was clearly hobbled by injury earlier this year and was told to simply play through it. I imagine something more proactive could have been done to manage that injury better. In the long run, it seems like it turned out okay. Wall seems about as healthy as any player this late into the season.
