I forgot to post the link to the stream during the game. John caught a sick oop from Keith Bogans in the 1st half.

I think they're playing again tomorrow too.

I looked all over for the box score. Where did you find that? I wanted to see how many assists he had. I'm not too excited about 3-13, and I'm sure John isn't either. I hope he does better in the Drew vs Gooden this Saturday.

I only watched the 2nd half, but Wall was mainly playing off the ball. That's the main reason why he didn't get a lot of assists. Wall's not great off the ball. Not a real issue in a Flip offense, but I’d love to
see him be a better cutter so he can be dangerous with a big holding the ball in the high post.

He missed all the jumpshots I saw him take.

I'd like to see him become a better cutter as well, but a lot of those things are going to come with experience. It would help John become a better player in the P&R if we had better post players in terms of both scoring and passing.

I'm not sure why anyone would play John off the ball. Terrible waste. I guess Rondo was the one handling the ball for the most part?

Wall shared the minutes with Rondo, another poor-shooting PG. That could have been the difference.

Thanks for posting the box score! I guess the good news is that Wall outperformed Rondo, and that John got to the line 11 times in 28 minutes. I expect to see Wall live at the line next year, but I'm sure we can also expect some shooting nights like the one he had against the Dominicans.

Hey....There are some people alive on this thread. I gave up last night lol.

There's another game tonight, but I don't think it's going to be televised. Wall will be playing.

Wall scored 25 tonight, but the Pros lost once again to DR 91-86.

Wall was 5/21 with 25 points. That's a lot.of.free.throws. I wish we were getting more encouraging signs about his.shooting.

Although he's built like a running back and no-where near as-quick as John, it's a good thing we have Shelvin Mack as a back-up, he's shown he can hit a Dagger. I hope Mack can be a poor-mans Ty Lawson for us.

I found this quote from a user on a UK forum that says he was at the game last night.

I was there and he has to be the worst jump shooter selected #1 in the history of the game. Brick City.

In all fairness, Wall did shoot horribly in the two games. Well below his season average in the NBA even. I don't expect that trend to continue indefinitely. Wall may never shoot like Nash, but he should at least become decent. I know he isn't at that point in his career, but Wall may actually wind up best off improving his efficiency by improving his shot selection. If he had shooters to pass to, Wall could average 20 a game on excellent efficiency just by scoring in transition, getting to the line, and shooting a limited number of 3 point attempts.

I just saw on the general board that John Wall is going to play against Ty Lawson tonight in a Goodman league game.

They were supposed to play tonight, along with Kevin Durant, but I think the game got cancelled due to rain.
