Predict the Wizards' record in 2011-2012

Looking for somewhere between 0-66 and 66-0.
What place in the East?
What place in the League-wide standings?

20-46

No idea about lotto. We won't win it though, but we'll definitely be in the top 5.

This is hard. Between a free agency shuffle, how a shortened season with a lot of back-to-backs, no preseason to evaluate how much people have improved, or evaluate rookies, this is as gut-feeling as it gets.

30-36, which i wager would be enough to get us into the playoffs.

in the lottery? i think the raptors, cavs, pistons, bucks, wolves, nuggets, and jazz will hands down be worse than us record-wise.

the short-handed nets, warriors, clippers, hawks, bobcats, blazers, kings, and suns will be within 5 games of us depending on how things play out.

that puts us at an 8th seed, rematching again with our long-time nemesis Lebron, bounced in 6 games or less. drafting around 17.

troof hurts.

I think the back-to-back games are going to hurt this team. Lets go with 18 - W and 48 - L

I do not think we will have one of these games this year. However, I have been wrong before. :wavefinger:

What a scrub. I don't even know how he lasted in the league. I will never forgive him for that.

Yep, the b2b's will kill us, remember an injured John Wall racking-up heavy minutes last year?
I would love his years rotation be expanded to 10 player with line-up experiments. Seraphin at PF with Javale, bring-it :-)

I'm going to wait until we have an opening day roster to make predictions. Call me crazy that way. ;)

a lot of negative nellies here predicting sub 20-wins. 20 wins in a 66 game season corresponds to a 25-win 82-game season which is only 2 more wins than what we won last year.

Nobody but FAH and I think that we'll win 2 more games than last year?

Not much talent on this squad, I'd be surprised if the Wizards crack 20 wins.

Put me down for 16-50.

22-44.

This is going to be tough to watch this year.

maybe this is a good thing. in prior years, most pre season predictions were we'd be a +500 team.. and we all know how that turned out

32-34. I'm an optimist. I think we see a lot of young talent grow into their own. The intensity of the schedule is going to be brutal on the older teams.

Young, inexperienced teams find ways to lose games they should win. Put that together with the team's lack of shooting and defensive rebounding..... this is going to be an ugly year.

On the plus side no Yi or Neck.
