Tonight's game has huge tanking implications. Currently, there is a virtual 3-way tie for that 3rd slot with the Cavs a 1/2 game behind SAC and NO who are tied for the 3rd slot

First time since Gilbert Arenas was here that I am cheering for a wizards win. Hopefully for this point on, we dont have to cheer for tanking anymore....

unless we get off to a 9-20 start next year

You know I hate to say this, but it wouldn't be the worst thing if the Cavs won this game and lost some lotto balls. They're the biggest threat to take Beal.

Now that we have the 2nd worst locked down, I want to win out so I can say I nailed my prediction of 20 wins. :)

@PDcavsinsider: Kyrie Irving is sick, BScott said. He is doubtful for tonight.

Damn. Really wanted to see the Wall vs. Irving matchup.

Alas we are resigned to be subjected to the Chris Singleton - Alonzo Gee main event instead...

I wouldn't mind exacting revenge with a epic 4th quarter collapse.

Losing Lebron wasn't nearly enough punishment for the mistake at the lake as far as I'm concerned.

Ha! Watch Irving come of the bench with a truly sick performance.

Nah, actually they are a team that could pick Drummond after passing on Valanciunas last year or even MKG. Not as important for them to get shooters next to Irving since he's more of a shoot first PG.

Anyway so over the lottery ball stuff. Hope Wiz knock the snot out of the Cavs.

Wall needs to average 9.75 apg over the next two games to average 8 apg for the season. Meaningless.. but I can't help rooting for it.

In a lost season, stats and signs of improvement are the only two things you can root for.

Or a meaningless 6 game win streak. . . That'd be tight.

Nope, we've locked-up the 2nd worst record with NOH winning yesterday, but we don't want the Cav's to tank into 3rd place, that's what they are trying to do. Imagine the Cav's getting Irving in one draft, then Davis in the next. *Shudders*

Tonight and Miami mean nothing lottery ball wise. We don't have to clutch our balls. Second belongs to the Wizards.

Cleveland, OTOH, would be wise to tank on.

Dan Gilbert would probably issue some sort of message to Lebron saying "Told ya!"
