Its more depth. Martin is not a lock and it adds competition.
I'm keeping an open mind about him. From what I can see he looked like a kind of immature player when he came into the league but listing to his interview, he seems like a good dude with some intelligence and a good personality. Maybe he just needed some time to grow up.
I think he adds another option as a spark plug scorer off the bench. Not a bad option to have on a team with so many young players at SG and SF. Looks like he can get hot from outside and he shoots with good balance.
