Tonight's game at the Verizon Center, 7pm, broadcast on CSN. The 2-1 Bucks visit the 0-3 Wizards in the first game of a back-to-back, with the Wizards visiting Indiana on Saturday night.
NBA.com game previewBucks' RealGM Forum game threadQuestions for tonight's game:
Will we continued to see improved play from Bradley Beal?
Will the Wizards be able to contain the Bucks' season-starting hot 3pt shooting, led by Mike Dunleavy's torrid 7-11 start?
Will Trevor Ariza and Emeka Okafor wake up?
Will Kevin Seraphin play well against the dramatically improved Larry Sanders?

The Bucks will the best team we have played thus-far, the Bucks look better than Boston currently.

Larry Sanders is averaging 5 FPG so I sure hope so.

I'm hoping that we see a starting line up of Price, Beal, Ariza, Booker, Seraphin

He's averaging 12ppg, 8rpg, 3bpg in 26 minutes -- will be interesting to see how Seraphin deals with a young, tall shotblocker like that.

Don't worry, we are good to disappoint. Monta and Jennings might go off for another 11-38 shooting night like they did against Memphis. And since their defense is so poor, your guards should get lots of shots. Could be a coming out party for Brad Beal since Monta won't guard him.
Feel free to join our thread if you like.
I also wanted to give you my usual quarterly congratulations for still keeping Ernie G. employed. It is almost like he's a college professor with tenure in that Wizards job.

With AJ Price shooting 30% and Jannero Pargo shooting 38%, I don't know that that's a good thing.

You say that like it's a good thing.

I have a feeling if we move to the bucks board this will degenerate into a pity party REAL quick.

Thx for stopping-by Paul. I still post your warning letter about keeping-on Ernie Grunfeld from the persepective of a Bucks fan, it was very prophetic.

I was remembering earlier today that Wittman had a thing last year in
that he liked to break the season down into 5 game chunks. This leads
me to think he'll probably stick with the same lineup for the next 2 games.
After that all bets are off.
a quick look at non-sophisticated stats shows that MIL has been
out shot, out rebounded in their 3 games so far. They've shot better
from 3 and out assisted their opp. They've allowed the opp more FTAs
as well. Small sample size on stats for both teams. Ilyasova's not looking
that great so far this year. Obviously that could change.
I wanna see how CSing/KSera and Beal do after solid outings against BOS.

Haven't been able to watch a full game yet (even tonight I'll have to DVR the game), but I've got a good feeling about hopefully getting the first win of the season tonight. Seraphin is back and balling, Beal seams to have settled down, and the overall defense has been solid.
Go Wiz!

I expect the Wizards will win, possibly by double figures.
Okafor finally has someone very thin to push around. Kevin won't face a tough double team like he did in two games against Boston. Beal is much bigger than Monte. Both players will get theirs. The Wizards shoot a ton of threes and make their share. This is the kind of game Webster could have a big game.I used to worry more about Dunleavy and Ilyasova, but the Wizards have a lot more length to bother them. This game I expect Seraphin, Beal, Booker, and Okafor to be able to get what they want. I cannot remember predicting not only a win but a big win in a while; but that is what I think will happen.
Caveat: I will be very, very wrong if Dalembert decides to be a beast and if Brandon Jennings realizes just how much more talented he is than A.J. Price.
Trivia: Larry Sanders was in the same draft as Kevin Seraphin. I liked him and had not heard much about Kevin at the time. Looks like both teams are happy with who they got.

Feel free to join us. Either one of two things happens tonight.
a) We lose and high comedy ensues as our board melts down over the loss and how poorly our team has been built.
b) We win and people on our board start to believe that maybe we can win 44 games if absolutely everything perfect happens from that point on, but as we know from past experience, it never does.

We are due for a win CCJ, if Randy gets the rotation right, this game is winnable.
