They also cut Pargo.
Shoulda just saved time and not signed Pargo in the first place.
Also shoulda kept Mack.
Livingston should be better at helping the Wizards generate moral victories.

OH SWEET JESUS
no but really this should help the 2nd unit out. I fully blame 5 losses on Pargo anyways.

Livingston isn't going to be remotely as good as many people here want him to be, but I'm sure he won't be worse than Pargo, so, progress!

Hey Kev!
When I think of Ernie Grunfeld making more moves, I'm about as interested in them as I am putting a porcupine in my boxer shorts.
Just sayin'. (TMI?)
Take care!

The collective group think of this board would be a vastly better GM than EG.

He's better than Pargo, I guess... but why sign Pargo in the first place?
Ernie Grunfeld trying to fix another one of his mistakes!
Nothing to see here..

Long overdue. Livingston was a solid player when he was here. One of my favorite Wizards players; just a fun guy to root for. Advanced stats suggest his production was mediocre, but if you remove his first few games, his numbers were solid.

.. because we all know Livingston is going to make a hell of a difference coming in at this point.

I expect Shaun to move into the starting line up as soon as he learns the system. If SL plays like he did during his first stint here, he will be a huge upgrade over Price.

Nice signing...at least a legit NBA player who should be in league...Unlike Pargo...

Definitely a good move. The Pargo signing I think was predicated on him being able to play off the ball as a spot up shooter, preferably next to Wall. But with Price hurt and the offense just not running very well, they needed to bring in more of a true PG.

So does this move get Ernie into the "front office executive of the year" conversation?

Well, let's not get too ahead of ourselves. Do they have "Executive of the Week"?
