Sigh. I guess I'll watch it.

Wizards play Orlando today. Glen Davis is out with an injured shoulder, so there's that.

Works for a game thread title I guess :o

You probably could have worked in the names of the teams but hey, it's Friday.

Won't be watching this one, Redick will probably go for 30. With Davis out I could see us taking this one :-?

Game time is at 7:00.

Wiz might actually win this one. Orlando isn't that good and are playing without Davis. Nene has been getting 26 minutes a game lately rather than 18-20. The Wizards are at home.

Of course, at this point wins don't matter. We just want to see:
Beal play well and maybe hit 50% of his perimeter shots
Okafor continue to pump up his trade value
Seraphin to attempt at least 4 free throws.
Vesely to continue to tabulate more fouls than points or rebounds. (Totals for the season: 49 PF's, 45 pts, 45 boards)

Didn't GD injure his shoulder against us the last time we played? Anyone know if he's played since? Don't know much about how the NBA retaliates to stuff like this, but in the NHL we'd be on the lookout for cheapshots to about anyone on the team who's good. (on second thought, we may be safe after all) <--- I know, I shouldn't have, but I did..

In the pregame RT called out Nene for being to critical of his teamates publicly. He said Nene hasn't been here long enough to do that.

Ron, this team has won 3 games. Shut up

As long as his ORtg remains 10 points above everyone else on this roster (excluding Martell Webster), Nene can say whatever the hell he wants.

Well, in fairness, we took Mike Pence off their hands. Taking back Mahinmi is the least they can do.

So much for Mack as your starter.

Oh Randy. When will you ever learn ?

Nelson is just lighting up Mack.
Beal is a self check

Poor Nene.

Hey, at least we have Crawford coming off the bench. Gotta save that mismatch right

25-8 with 5.30 left in the qtr.

This is hilarious.

I don't even watch anymore.

If we lose by 20+ you have to think Leonsis does SOMETHING after the holidays.

Randy really needs to send Beal to the bench. He is just not ready to start. He can't even hit wide open shots.
I would have much more faith is Martin was shooting them. He at least stands of chance of having a hot game and when he does, let him roll. If not, then try Beal or Crawford.

Stop punishing this poor kid by starting him. He isn't ready.

I dont think that happened intentionally. He's playing like he always plays: soft.

Tryin to dig out of another 15+ point hole, in the 1st quarter, must get pretty old.. They should run a half court scrimmage during warmups.. Something..
