I don't think Nene played last time (when we first played and got beat).
Okafor had also not really begun to play that well. AlJeff went off in
that game. Keep him and Milsap under some semblance of control
and we should have a good chance...unless we let Mo get some mentum
or Foye get hot.

UT has a better record than POR so we'll need to play better.
The POR win was great but it's cutting it a little too fine to
expect to win on last second shots that often.

PS - hey AFM, what's the deal with the Calvin Booth avi?

edit - I see that Emeka had 14 boards the first time (only 8 pts)
no Nene. IIRC, I was late getting to the game and we started red hot
but had cooled off by the time I got there. AlJeff had a huge 3rd Q
and we were held under 80 pts.

yeah i think with our bigs healthy. utah with enes, favours, milsap and al jefferson i'm assuming most scoring is going to be on the post. our guys are no bean poles like javale, each can hold position in the post. The other scoring they do comes from hayward ( we have ariza to defend him) and maybe foye. Our guards need to put up numbers but i think beal may be hurt ( wrist)..or not. they don't have guards to kill us. i think we can match up well..minus fatigue and minor injuries

Hoping to see us finish this trip with a winning record and also us getting to double digit wins. I'm expecting a big game from Wall, hope to see Beal get back on track as well.

If I'm a Jazz fan how concerned should I be that neither Favors or Kanter have forced their hand with 'Sap or Al Jefferson?

if force their hand means challenged them for more minutes,
I'd say Milsap/AlJeff are a pretty solid duo in terms of productivity
and experience. Both Favors and Kanter are still really young.
Favors should be challenging some given that this is his...3rd year (?)
in the league. But he's still really young. Ask again in 2 more years.

No matter what happens tonight this has defnitely been a successful road trip. Before the trip started i think everyone would have been happy to get 2 wins (tank jokes aside).

I predict Eaton will get fifteen blocked shots but Ruland will have a triple double and lead the Bullets to victory.

very interested in seeing the big man matchup. It doesnt get any better than that. Both teams have multiple "true" big men. Those are great matchups to see. However, this game is all about Wall. Utah is big but slow. Wall has had alot of success against them in the past and his speed could destroy them. If he balls tonight then we win and I think he will

Nene is a much better player when he doesn't force his offensive game. Just let it come to you, big fella.
