It's like he scripts what he's going to do on every possession of the game before tip-off. And, no matter who's open, or if he's being doubled or if there's 20 seconds on the shot clock, damnit he's going to do what he wants.

The dumbass off-balance fadeaway he did at the top of the key was one of the stupidest shots I've seen since the McGee days. There was ABSOLUTELY no reason for him to fall away. NONE. And yet...

Wall hit a nice shot right before the half ended. He's 3-9 FG, and has 7 points, 7 assists, with 2 turnovers.

Bledsoe is 4-8 FG, 10 points, 6 rebounds, 1 turnover. He also had one blocked shot on Wall's attempt plus a steal on a bad pass Wall couldn't get to.

Pretty even terms, but Wall is definitely not outclassing Bledsoe.

Nice to have people knock some shots down for John, but his entire offensive game is broken.

After a cold start at least Wall hit the 8 footer from the right side and he scored in the paint before the buzzer. His other made shot was like a floater from about 5 feet.

John's not making tough shots but he is facilitating fairly well.

To take hands place in his absence, I will say that Randy Wittman took Ariza out and that is when Jamal Crawford went crazy in the second.

For my own type observation, this game Temple had 8 in the first quarter and leads with 10 at half.

Wizards go up 58-46. They call time out. They score the next 11 points. 58-57 now with Wall passing up shots, deferring to Garrett Temple.

Bledsoe is clearly outplaying Wall now. John is 3-11 FG, still on 7 points, 7 assists. Bledsoe has 15 points, 7 assists. (6-11 FG).

A few keep telling me it's crazy to propose Wall trades. I don't think he's a superstar in the making at all.

Watching John pound the ball at the top of the key only to settle for clanging a 15 foot jumper is getting so old.

He has absolutely no feel for how to run an offense.

It seriously limits an offense when your PG can't score.

Wall could get any shot he wanted on most of these possessions, but he has no type of scoring acumen. Just being able to hit a jumper here and there to bail your team out of a slump, it's a detriment not to have that.
